we booked it for 3 nights as it looked very quirky arrived few days ago and although the room.was what we expected and was clean the air con was inadequate it was like a hot house and very noisy. we were not greeted and when we asked for a soft drink the bar was closed and no drinks available which is not what it says on webite. there was no restaurant either and no nearby places to eat at all. the area is rough and veru close to a petrol station and busy main road. you would not be safe to walk around in the dark. although we paid for 3 nights we only stayed for one and lost the money we paid but it eas worth.it to get away from.there we are now on the beach and having great timr. stae 1 rating is high for blessies, wnen we went to checkout the manager eas not thete and has never contacted us which sums it up

Room was nice ...but the bed is so dirty...the staff lied they said check- out is 6am ....we arrived at the bnb around 8pm...no orient happened.or briefing before enter the room....direct check-in only filling up the form...

We had a great stay at Blessie’s! The huts are well equipped and have hot water- the landscaping is lovely and the Filipino breakfast is good. They offer free airport pickup and drop off:)
The manager, Boyet, was incredibly informative and helpful and organizes any tours you would like to do, as well as great places to visit. 
All the staff are attentive and available. One staff member, Dan, was particularly amazing, as his English is excellent and he was really helpful and really made an effort to make our stay so great. He gave us recommendations, helped us order food and answered any questions we had. He even stayed up one night waiting for us as he was worried that nothing had happened to us as we had stayed out quite late. 
Really great experience, if we ever come back, we will definitely stay there! 100% recommendable!

Great stay at Blessie’s!

we booked 5 nights of their 2 Bedrooms Hut and very disappointed with this place. They offer free pick up from/to the airport except when we arrived at the airport, we were surprised that their vehicle was a pick up truck. The Driver was excellent, very nice guy and gave us lots of informations on our way to this place. When we arrived at this place, I wanted to turn around and go somewhere else because the entrance was poor looking and its  Beside their Landscaping and Plants business. I was thinking maybe it's nicer inside with nice landscaping but still the same disappointment feeling. The girl at the front desk was friendly and other staff and they will try everything to help. It's the place that I was very disappointed. I think the pictures on their website was taken when they just opened it. The huts needs lots of work. Every time we walked in our bedroom seems everything falls down. TV was blurry and can't hardly see pictures because it runs on antenna and only 2 channels. The bathrooms was so bad..shower was located the same place where the toilet bowl and everything gets wet. There's Aircon and bathrooms on each room, and 1 Queen size bed on each room. There's free breakfast included but they don't include Free coffee which I find weird. First time I've heard for Free Breakfast that don't include Coffee. They bring Breakfast Menu the night before to order for the next day except not much choices. If you want something else from their Menu, there's extra charge. Coffee cost 50 pesos each, Omelette cost 75 pesos, fried rice cost 50 pesos, etc. There's no telephone in the room..overall, not happy with the surroundings and it was not at all walking distance to Robinsons Mall. You need to take tricycle to the Mall for 10 pesos per person each way. There's wet market nearby and few restaurants. There's no amenities at this place other than small restaurant. They offer free wifi which is very slow.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

We booked Blessie’s on Airbnb as we wanted to try something a little different than a standard hotel room.

They provided pick up from the airport which was a definite plus. Upon check-in, we ordered our breakfast for the next day as well as booked our tour to the underground river.

We were then shown to our cute little hut. If you have ever wanted to try tiny house living, here is your chance. The room itself is small with just a double bed, dresser and TV hung at the end of the bed. A second door leads you to your outdoor bathroom which was lovely.

The bed was super comfortable and I have to say that at night it cooled off enough that we didn’t use the AC and I think it would of been too loud anyway.

Breakfast was brought to the little lanai on the front of our hut and it was very good. Coffee was even served in a french press! 

My favourite thing about staying at Blessies was the staff. They were all so friendly and accommodating. They had some great suggestions on other places on the island to visit, where to eat and how to get around.

The hut might be a little rustic and small for some or for a long term stay but for two nights, we found it fine and you can't beat the price.


Oh what a hut!

One of the most disappointed  experiences. Location was terrible, close to the airport but next to a petrol station. The room was very humid, lighting terrible and the bathroom horrendous.  Management was very pushy over excursions and hiring private cars to visit different parts of the island. 
If you are planning to visit Puerto Princesa do not even consider staying here.
