I stayed there for one night only. The staff are great. On the other hand my room was not clean and the mattress was bad. I don't recommend. The location is good. this biggest problem is about the cleanness.

Not clean

It took us 10 minutes with a cab from the AirPort to the hostel and they were friendly and ready to meet us. Nice staff and ok room, own toilet/shower, no hot water and a fan, you can add money for the aircon. Just stayed the night so I’m not sure about the location but seems close to the ”centrum” but maybe by a tricycle in the night. Can absolutely recommend 

Good for one night, close to airport

We stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are small however they are clean and perfect for a short stay. The owner Ray was very nice and his staff very helpful. Would recommend this place for a short stay close to the airport

Good Stay

The owner of this hostel is so sweet and very informative! He was very welcoming along with his fellow worker Alex! He had wifi on every floor which worked really well! We booked our underground river tour with this hostel but the only complaint is we paid a lot more than the other people in our van who were on the same tour! Not sure why it was more expensive for us and when we queried it with the tour guide she pretended she didn't understand then once the tour was underway she could speak fluent English! The room is very small and the double bed is more of a big single bed it's also very small. Overall we enjoyed our stay here it's a short walk from the airport and a short tuk tuk from all the nice restaurants!

Great owner, Great Wifi

The owner is very friendly and helpful. We stay here because we need good Internet. The Internet here is very good. You can do water reafils for p10, and get a hot water for coffee or tea.

Great stay

It's really close to the airport, good place just to overnight before heading to El Nido. Rooms are small, but good enough for the price.

Very good WiFi for a good price.

Simple clean rooms. Breakfast available on request. Great conversations with Kuya Rey. Just a short ride to the airport. Stay here if you don't want to miss your flight. Mostly foreign tourists stay in this place. I'm the only local during my stay there. At 800 pesos per night for an air on room, who can complain. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood too. 

Great for backpackers 

Great place for staying overnight. It's very close to the airport. Rooms are not huge, but big enough, also everything looks very clean, beds are comfortable. The price is insanely small comparing to others.

Puerto Princessa was one stop on my year traveling Asia and because of Ray, the owner, this was one of my favorite places. My boyfriend and I were only planning on staying one weekend but ended up staying for three weeks. He taught us to cook authentic Philippino food, took us out to the local bars, told us where all the must try food places were, and was simply a great time. We still keep in touch a year and a half later. He is such a genuine and fun man to be around:) I wish to come back to visit him some day!! If you are considering staying here please do. There's also a great place just up the road my boyfriend and I would walk to to get fresh delicious bread every morning.

Regarding the rooms, beds are clean and comfy, bathrooms are clean, wifi works great, and air con is available. No complaints whatsoever- all positives! Just a minute drive from the airport. 

I could go on and on about how great Ray and his place is... but won't exhaust you any longer... HIGHLY RECOMMEND
