EXTERIOR
We stayed here for two nights for a business trip. Four Queens Resort is impressive on the outside. It looks new and neat. The pool looks clean and refreshing. 

ROOMS
We got the Junior Suite Room. For you to call it Junior Suite, well, it has to be a Suite. But it just looks like an ordinary room of most hotels. It has no window. It’s a bit dark. But the room has a balcony. So I just leave the balcony door open during the day to let in natural light. The comfort room stinks. Smells like the sewer. The walls are thin that you could hear the TV on the next room, and you could even hear people talking on the hallway. Internet connection is strong and fast. 

ENVIRONMENT
My room is on the ground floor. For two mornings, I notice the staff are very noisy. They are bantering with each other and loudly talking. They should be mindful of the guests. At the restaurant, I went down at around 4:30pm. The staff were there talking and bantering. It felt like home. But with a guest there, they should have their own place to do their thing. There’s construction on going so it will get a bit noisy.  

FOOD
The food tastes good. 

STAFF
The staff are very warm and accommodating.

I arrived at this Resort about 9.15 am  and was told that the check in time is 2.00pm.I have travelled the world  and never came across 2 pm check in.So I wondered to down to the restaurant.I asked for a beer and gave 500 php.To my surprise the cashier is 50 meters away in another building.The poor guy had to run with the money  only to tell me they dont have the change.After hanging around till 2 pm  on a very hot day,I finally got the key to the " DELUXE ROOM'.Wow at last I can have a good sleep BUT no.The old boxed aircon sounded like a MACK truck.No bar fridge  and  no tea and coffee making facility in the room.THe room is big   and dirty.The shower was broken and no toilet tissue. The shower was very dirty and it seemed no one bother to clean it since it opened.THe mattress  had dried blood stains.
Any one who give this resortmore than 2 rating is blind.
The owners of this Resort must get of their back side  and have a good look at the property .THe worst breakfast I ever had and the free internet wasn't working.
I stayed at this resort from 25th to 27th Sept,2019.

Money hungry OWNERS DON'T CARE  ABOUT THE GUEST

I stayed here with my girlfriend's family in Dec. 2018.  The staff was very accommodating by allowing her family to check-in before my flight arrived in Pagadian.  I am super grateful for that.  This isn't a high class luxury hotel, but considering its location it was more than adequate.  Anytime there was a problem, the staff was very helpful and responsive.  In my room the water heater didn't work, so they quickly switched me to another room.  When an air conditioner went out in the penthouse room, the staff was there within 30 minutes to completely replace it.  If you need to entertain your Filipino friends, if you buy 4000 PHP of food from the restaurant, you can use the Karaoke room for 4 hours!  Great entertainment.  Now, keep in mind that the pool area is totally under construction.  Staff said it should be reopened by Summer 2019, but I think I would call ahead to check that before planning to use it then.  They are adding a large function hall at the back.  It will be nice in the future, but it is a construction zone in the back now.  Security was onsite day and night and I had no issues there.  Breakfast is simple but reasonably priced.  Airport shuttle service was available for 300 PHP, and I recommend it.  Overall I had a great experience there.  The Penthouse area is GREAT if you are needing accommodation for a large Filipino family, but unfortunately it only has one shared bathroom and no refrigerator or microwave.  For the smaller suite I was in, the beds were very comfortable.  The wi-fi sometimes would reach to the room areas, but worked best near the restaurant area.  You can take a trike down the road about a half mile to access some restaurants and a mall.

A Good Place to Spend a Couple Days

I am quite disappointed when we had our party here. I was expecting so much from this resort given it's name and higher price from the rest of the resorts here in the City. The foods were good but the staffs were not approachable at all. It's almost annoying when the staff, particularly the one assigned in the sound system, did not entertained our request regarding the sound system. He also gave us the wrong wifi password. Though this is just a minor incident and should not affect our general impression, I got more disappointed when they told the group of people we hired to stay outside without informing us of their presence. I suggest that their staffs should be more mindful of their jobs. Nevertheless, the foods were good.

Poor Service

This is one of the prestigious hotel in Pagadian City. The roomswas so good and so clean. They have swimming pool in lower ground. They also function halls for small or big events like weddings, birthdays, baptismals and etc.

Romantic place

We stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights. We checked in early and as a result, we had to pay an early check in fee. Even though this is published at the hotel, it seems too rigid and an overkill for a 2 star hotel. In addition, they would not give tea for coffee on the menu. Again this is too rigid for this  quality of hotel. There were also bugs in the rooms. The staff sat under electric fans in the lobby and ignored us while we sat off to the side with no electric fan suffering in the heat and humidity. Staff were not quick to serve nor did they anticipate our needs but they were quick to make additional charges. They Wi-Fi was terrible. A 2G data signal on a mobile phone was quicker than their Wi-Fi. For a small city this hotel is ok for short stays but could use a lot of improvements in service and amenities. 

Nice facilities but poor Wi-Fi and service

We had a wedding and rented 5 rooms.   I turned in all of the keys and they said i did not check out so we owe another day.  I told them i have rented hotels all over the world and have never heard of this.  They told me it was a Philippine rule but i have stayed at two other hotels and this was not the rule for those hotels. 
But what really made me mad is they told a lie about my lovely new wife.  They said she told them we would be back later which was in no way true. Chevon and I went to Dipaya for another reception and spent the night there.  Why would my wife say  she was coming back when she new she would be at her parents.  Then the added a lot of small expenses and we already spent 80000 pesos for the wedding.
Very low class place.   I certainly hope no Pasok or Libradilla wedding are held there in the future.  Anyone who would tell a lie about Chevon B Libradilla has no class.
