First time in Philippines I come stay here. Receptionist very helpful, and went above and beyond for myself and several other customers during my stay. They allowed guests to sometimes use the company phone, like if they need to book a Grab. They even offered me cups of coffee and recommended nice places to eat. They smiled a lot, and helped when I had questions about area. My room was very clean and tidy. Reception area and lounge look very pretty. Guard was very friendly as well. Only issue was a bad reception on TV, and the WiFi didn’t work great in my room. But they make you feel at home there. Word of advice to other guests: if you have questions, make sure you ask before 8pm, because receptionist goes home at that time, and then you will have to wait until the next morning. Oh, and also for my fellow westerners, just remember you can’t flush toilet paper here, must put it on the trash bin! It is one of the cheapest I can find for cost. Overall, good value for money, and nearby a lot of good places for tourists.
