The hotel was very noisy in fact. The toilet splash was not working. There was a mirror inside the room but when we came in, the lady took the mirror out of the room and never brought it back. People were making noisy in the loby and it was heard by many people.

It was noisy but it was near the airport.

The appearance inside the hotel is not nice, but the staff are accommodating.

you got what you pay.very very low class. only you can sleep.. if u use to sleep in full noisy.one thing i like the air-con was working properly. noise too much. even some one come by stair you will awake.too noisy. room toilet you need 1 hours. to believe you will sleep here. Rom lock is very vulnerable any body can push the door and come in. so be careful before you sleep. i put my legs on luggage befor i sleep.

This hotel is good as it is close to the airport and has a very cheap price. I would give a good rating if they could renovate their windows. They can not be closed fully and the noise outside comes inside and we could not sleep properly. Toilet must be renovated as well.

This hotel is good but must be renovated

tried for a cheap room to stay for one night, first thing i noticed is that the place is really dim, really noisy since its beside the road, i was really annoid and ant sleep, the bed sheets was so thinand itchy, i tried to smell the pillow case and i can tell it was not changed . There was a hole in the floor(its just plywood) where cockroaches goes out. The comfort room is common, and the toilet bowl is stained and not maintained clean. The blanket is so itchy and very thin, not.even cotton. I decided to leave but so tired, i checked.out early.in the morning without taking a bath because the CR/toilet was really.small , it was even got smaller because they put a big container drum inside for water storage. 😣

No service, not Clean an bad aircon. I recimmend everyone to stay away from this Inn. Noisy all night!

We where staying one night, because we thought it was near to the airport and reasonable price. We booked through internet app, but at arrival the staff had no clue about our booking. It’s thin walled rooms and you hear all the noise and traffic in the Inn. It’s no warm water, poor aircon, non-working tv, and no toilet paper (we had to buy paper). We shared one (not so clean) towel and the place looked and felt dirty. Luckily we stayed just for one night, but please stay way from this place if you can. Even if the price looks good.

Quite Shabby, poor standard and service!

We picked this hotel for the purpose of saving up so we can see more places and visit some relatives who live nearby. Also, its really near the airport and is along the highway so its really easy to hail a cub from here. But its not smart to stay here. Don't be fooled by the room rates they offer. It is indeed cheap. The price you pay for a crappy accommodation. There are eateries nearby but no attractions that are within walking distance. Far from city proper. I just hope they will improve one of these days.

It's not Smart to stay here.

This is a real world review, not just pure negativity.  Arrived and had to carry my luggage up a very narrow and steep stair case (2 flights).  Room is nothing like in the pics, no safe deposit box, cabinet hinges fell apart first time opening.  Literally fell off.  Tiny balcony is over a truck junk yard and noisy.  Balcony was wired (1 wire) to another balcony.  Room is extremely hot, a/c does nothing for the room since there are windows that dont shut all the way.  Windows are more like horizontal blinds and do not close/seal which lets in all the flies and mosquitos.  Room door lock is a simple one that anyone can get through.  Ants going up and down walls upon arrival, spiders scattering in the bathroom.  Please do not use this place, this place does not qualify for a name associated with hotel or Inn.  I am fine with simple living quarters but this place is a dump!!  Stayed to rinse off and left within 45 minutes.

Absolutely terrible

Last February 7, 2016 I helped my brother in finding an affordable place to stay in Davao. 

Preferably the place should be near the airport. After hours of browsing I found Quoya's Inn. I was so happy to see from Booking.com that this INN charges only P280.00 for a one night stay.

So, I booked a room for my brother in Quoya's Inn. I have received confirmation from Booking.com that the booking was successful.

What makes me sad about this is that the Inn charges my brother  P 400.00 which is different from what is at Booking.com at only P280.00

The sadder part is that after a day Booking.com sent an email to me to collect P160.00 for the cancellation because according to Booking.com Quoya's Inn reported 'No Show' firnthe prior booking I had arranged with Booking.com

I don't jump into conclusions maybe there's just a miscommunication but that incident saddened me because I was the one who recommend the place to my brother without first hand experience about the place. 

There's a lesson I learnt from that incident and I will never ever do it again, before I recommend a place I should first experience their service.
