This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there.

WiFi and cable TV is a great addition to our family staycation aside from usual trips and surfing in sabang beach

3 minute walk to the beach. Great for large groups.

For the price, the amenities and facilities are clean and working. It's a little bit rundown, but there's a newer annex building but a bit further from the beachfront. short distance away from Costa and other establishments.

It was comfortable and clean although we experience brownout on our first day. Overall, we were satisfied.

It is located close to the beach.  Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, you can eat at nearby resorts. The room we got was Room No. 2 and it is very spacious. The airconditioning was ok, although it can get really cold at night. Good thing the unit has a timer. Kudos to Mark, the owner, and the staff for maintaining the place.

This inn is located right next to the beach & surfing area.  The inn also has its own private parking space.  When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles from the friendly & very accommodating staff.  Breakfast was included in our room rate & was delivered to our room each morning, to our pleasant surprise!  The bed & blankets in our room were so comfy.  WiFi works very well on the property & in the rooms.The staff here was accommodating and helpful to begin with, but they went above & beyond when our car died at Dicasalarin Cove (which was quite a drive away) & they came to fetch us to jump start our car.  The next day, they called someone from the repair shop to service our car at the hotel grounds – excellent customer service all around!  The people who own & run this place are absolutely lovely, kind people.

Beach was literally just a hop away which was really good. The area could use some renovation to make it look more attractive. You get the value out of the price you pay.Wifi is good for remote work.

Good budget accomodation

No soap or shampoo. Had  to ask for trash can and tissue paper. Some good was lots of tv channels  and very close butnot on the beach. Food places not too far away.
