I have three weeks tour around Peru. I arrived 1.th of May and took directly to the hotel, where Allpamama arranged a tour for me.

It was well organised tour to Aiapetto, Puno, Cusco etc. We visited condors, Sacred Valley  and especially Machupichu (old Inka - city).

On the tour there was always people to take care of you, and the hotels were of very high standards.

Especially the trip with the trains were spectacular and very good.

The tour were very cheap.

I can recommend this company. I keep their promises.

If I could give Allpamama 10 stars I would. 

As soon as we booked, they were in contact and offered us a safe taxi ($22USD) from the airport, which was cheaper than the $10pp bus for the 4 of us. After over 50 hours flying even arriving at 10am they were able to get us into a room straight  away so we could sleep. The hostel itself is perfectly positioned between the beach plaza and central miaflores. 

Venus, an in house travel agent, and Gonzalo were the two staff present for most of our stay. All the staff are great, but special mention should go to Venus. One of our bags were lost in transit and she spent many hours each day of our stay on the phone trying to locate the lost bag, her English is impeccable and she even hung around after she had finished to help us practice our Spanish. She called up a local tourist office to organise us getting ISIC student cards, which will help make everything cheaper for our stay, and spent almost 3 hours talking to us about options of travel and booking many buses, taxis and treks for us (difficult with our minimal Spanish). 

The accomodation itself is basic, but all extremely clean with a great little kitchen you can cook meals in to save $$$. 

With bag problems, minimal Spanish and being pretty fresh faced travellers (all of us only 20), Allpamama was the ideal place for us to settle in, get our bearings and begin our adventure. Huge thanks to the staff here and would recommend to ANYONE unsure of where to stay in Lima.

Nice clean hostel, breakfast was basic but adequate. Rooms are comfortable and the internet is very good. Located in a nice area. The rates are very good compared to other hostels in the area (Miraflores in generally expensive for accommodation and eating out). Our room was upgraded due to a booking error which was nice. The in-house travel agent is fantastic and can provided discounted bus tickets (less a small fee, but still considerably less than web prices). Downstairs rooms face onto a noisy neighbour so try avoid these if you area very light sleeper

Very nice staff, very clean and comfy place. After i couldnt get a rental car stuffmember venus planned everything for me with nightbuses and trains. this was a fortune and was planned perfectly. i highly recommend allpamama as travel agency and hostel. greetings, holger

Staff will go to extra lengths to help you, super friend and super nice. Along with very comfy beds and convenient plug sockets, you can book every tour, flights, buses and everything else you can think of here without any problems. Great kitchen, great bathrooms. Also in a great location in the middle Miraflores.
