It is a tranquil place for taking a rest. The bedroom is clean, bright and quiet. The counter is also really friendly. They provide all service we want. They help us contact taxi and give us enough information for traveling.

excellent place

I disagree with the negative reviews of this property. We arrived at 6:30 am for our overnite and visit to Iguazu Falls and were given our room right away. Our room overlooked the street and was not noisy at all! Room was very clean and breakfast was delicious with good options. Personnel were very nice and helpful in arranging our Falls tour. Overall a bargain for 67 USD for a double!

Pleasant surprise

I was a little worried what I'd booked when I walked into the lobby, which needs a makeover, and heard someone complaining about their room. But I had no issues with the place. We got a newly decorated modern room in pristine condition, with AC. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were very helpful.

Pricy but great modern rooms

We are currently staying here and have been satisfied with our room. Although spartan for sure, it's clean and bright. The wifi works and the room has a safe. We traveled today to the falls by walking across the bridge and connecting with Argentina via Brazil. I have to admit I was a bit reluctant before I entered the fluorescent lot lobby, but the men at the desk are super nice and put me at ease instantly. The street out front can be noisy, but our room is pretty quiet and I'm satisfied. Keep in mind this city is very rough and tumble so don't have unrealistic expectations about where you are. 

Very friendly staff

Stayed there for one night only after visiting the waterfalls, so I was very tired and needed a rest. Unfortunately the room was very noisy and we had some really loud neighbours, but from the hotel they never said anything to them. 
Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful, despite they didnt warn us that the ferry to Argentine was not working as the port was destroyed during the floods in June (everybody there knew that) so we spent a lot on pointless taxi to there.
The breakfast was nothing special, but I enjoyed the big choice of local fruits.
