Perfect stay in the basement of the Villa. The room itself was normally sized, but the bathroom was relatively large. Rooms are of good quality with a great bed. My room had small windows, which is logical in a basement room.
Breakfast is served in a separate building. The real disadvantage is getting your key. This is far away from the Villa (Parkhotel). Luckily enough I didn't lock myself out during my stay......

Great stay

One of the best short stays I ever had. This villa is within walking distance of the center of Valkenburg. In approximately four minutes you are on the streets with all the restaurants. The villa has several rooms. We had one in the basement so there was not a lot of sunlight. But who needs it when you are sleeping. There are several saunas available for guests. The breakfast was excellent. A lot of fresh food, all kinds of bread, and they make you scrambled eggs and bacon. Free parking on the premises.

Sleep in a villa for once

For just one night we have stayed there. The location is very good, everything is at a short walking distance. Good parking (paid) facilities. Good WiFi. Very nice rooms, but the room on the top floor is energy consuming to reach as there is no elevator.

Good location, nice building

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Villa. First, after having made my reservation 9 months in advance and showing up well in time to  check in, We were assigned a basement room in the villa. The windows barely opened and, with temps in the high 20's, the room was stifling hot. No AC, not even a fan... No staff in the building except at breakfast time. The floor of the shower was even with the rest of the bathroom floor so, when we used the shower, the water spread right over to the floor by the sink. This hotel cost over $100 Euros and was certainly not worth the price.

Beautiful building gives false impression

Great alternative to staying in the main hotel. Double rooms were bright and airy. Bathrooms fab, big deep baths, powerful showers. Beds were large and very comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities together with fridge in each room, and safe. Big annex for breakfast, cooked fresh by friendly staff member. Large sitting room attached which is at your disposal. Made a great meeting point for group during our stay. Would definitely stay again.
