8 reviewsVery nicely renovated house in a small North Friesland village right on the water. Margareth and Bert are super friendly and helpful. They arranged a motor boat at very short notice (unfortunately the electric boat that is right outside the B&B was already booked). Margareth also made some sandwiches within 20 minutes. Breakfast was lovely - fresh fruit + hot croissants and rolls). A really quiet village and this area of Friesland is away from the mass tourism of other parts of Friesland, or at least it was at the end of May 2018. They also have a large selection of good quality bicycles (including electrically assisted) and the cycle path is literally outside their front gate. Our room (lavender) was large, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The Posthuis restaurant/hotel just a short walk away has reasonable food at reasonable cost but don't expect gourmet or fine dining - it was fine and very convenient. This B&B has it all - we are very likely to go back.
