Ideal location to Medina. Great oasis after a day exploring. Jean-Claude is a great host!

Very beautiful riad with a big garden with swimming pool and at walking distance from all the things to see in Fez! Would definitely recommend this place and we will come back :)

First, you can not be best situated to visit Fes medina.  Just outside his wall, 1 min walking distance to the main street of the medina.  But once you push the blue door of Jean Claude place, you will feel like in paradise.  The courtyard is so beautiful and peaceful.  The pool is a must after a hot day of visit.  The room are very confortable, and breakfast delicious!  You can't go wrong with this place!

A lovely Oasis

Riad Jean Claude was wonderful, beautiful & idylic & very central. Mr Claude gave us a very warm welcome, & delicious delicious breakfasts. He was very helpful and helped us to sort bus tickets to Chefchouen and gave us a lift to the bus station which was extremely kind of him & very appreciated.

Perfect!

We only spent an evening/night here so we can’t review too much. We arrived quite late and I think the air con wasn’t working, and there was no hot water in the shower. But the decor outside was beautiful and breakfast was great in a gorgeous location. Good location to the medina too.

Cute little riad

Jean Claude is the most amazing host who goes out of his way to ensure your visit to Fes "Lives the Moroccan dream" The 3 rooms at the Riad are all stunning &  Jean Claude who is French has an excellent command of the English language and this is a real help when booking rooms, as well as giving western travellers great tips about exploring this unique & beautiful city. Before my visit I had a business colleague visiting Fes and asked him to check out Riad Jean Claude. Jean Claude willingly met my friend at the railway station, showed him around his lovely Riad, then dropped him at his accommodation. How is that for amazing service and reflects an attitude to customer care that is so rare these days. My friends room at a different hotel, although 4 star was no where near as good staying at Riad Jean Claude. In a word "Wonderful"

When in FES you must stay here!

Jean Claude is an amazing human being. Should you have an option to stay at Fes stay at Riad Jean Claude, a memorable experience.

Memorable

Very pleasant stay. very quiet during the night. Not inside the medina, but very close,three minute walk.

Typically decor of Morocco, and a 5 minute walk from the world famous medina, this is a must stay place! Jean Claude is very kind and it's a very personal experience staying in his Riad, especially breakfast which really fills you up! (Forget your carbs diet for a few days!). 
There's also a pool (which we didn't use cos it was 9 degrees in Feb when we went!!) but I bet it's fab to relax around 5pm after doing your 10000 steps which you will exceed easily. 

Perfect location for a trip to Fes

Riad Jean Claude is a jem for anyone planning a visit to Fez, Morocco. Charming, clean, beautifully appointed, and a wonderful owner, this is the place to stay. The guide services they contract with to take you on excursions is the best! A complete perfect experience. Planning on sending family and colleagues.
