We have done a great deal of travelling over the years, holidays and back packing, but have never been to Morocco.  
This, we decided, was probably the best holiday we'd ever had.  Chefchaouan is as beautiful as they say, the people as well.  
We spent a week at the Dar Dalia, and could not have made a better choice.  Spotlessly clean, beautiful room with equally beautiful terrace and garden, fabulous breakfast (on roof terrace, fabulous views) what more could you want?)
Except a host, Remi, who was also pretty much perfect,  together with his assistant Fatima. Helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, they helped to make our stay relaxed, fun and yes, perfect!



The Dar Dalia, the best place we've ever stayed.

Best accommodation in Morocco.

Everything was perfect from the moment we
arrived until the moment we left. The owner,
Remi, is probably the loveliest and most
hospitable man we've ever met. The breakfast
is lovely on the sunny terrace at 10am, the
check in process was a breeze, Remi provided
anything we needed, the bedding was VERY
clean and fresh and the sheets were whiter
than white.
Couldn't have asked for a better host or
location. Will definitely be coming back.

put the cover back on the drain after your
shower. This goes for everywhere in Morocco.

Nothing. Everything was great!

Perfect.

Tucked away at the back of Chefchaouen, next to a small parking area which was a bonus as we didnt have to lug our luggsge through the medina! Quiet at night, apart from the mosque, but they are everywhere? Friendly arrival, the msnsger was very helpful! Roons perfect gor our needs, very clean, hot water, heaters innthe rooms, And a sunny terrace to chill out on! Really good and hearty breakfast, everything we wanted!

My father and I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it! We chose to stay in the terrace room and loved having a beautiful private terrace area. The dar was in a great location to explore Chefchaouen and the owner was so friendly and went out of his way to help us, even recommending a dessert for us to try when we ran into him at a restaurant. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, and in all we very much enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it!

Lovely place to stay

Abdul was AMAZING!!! From the moment I got there until the moment I left, Abdul was super helpful.  He took his time to explain the map of the city and what areas I should explore.  The breakfast was great.  Abdul made me feel like I was visiting a family's place in another city.

Dar Dalia is AMAZING!

We stayed for 2 nights.  The owner was very nice.  He told us where to visit and how to get there.  The bed was nice. The room was a bit noise as you could hear people from the street. Taxi could stop at the entrance which was super convenient. 20-30dh from the bus station.

Great experience

Great location at the edge of the Médina within walking distance to all the sites. We had no problems with parking and paid 20 dinars per night. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace with great views. There is also a comfortable place to read/relax outdoors. The manager can be a bit abrupt but is very helpful in planning travel, offering advice about Chefchauoen and will take you shopping if you would like. He does not stay at the property at all times so be precise about your arrival time. We took a wrong turn and ended up on a very slow, long route to Chefchauoen so were quite late which we felt bad about.

Great stay

Room is basic but clean. 5 min walk from the medina and our taxi from the bus was able to drop us right outside the door! Breakfast was lovely, Abdul gave us good recommendations of restaurants and what we should do while in Chefchaouen!
