Hotel Ribis

This hotel is just south of Agadir near Ait Melloul. It's 100 metres from the road so it's not noisy. There is lots of space for parking and a nice row of trees in front. The room was large and clean, the shower and toilet were fully functional, TV and fridge provided, the evening meal was extra but good and reasonably priced. Can't comment on the breakfast that was offered as I was birding already by then so didn't partake. Didn't have time to swim so can't comment on the pool either but it looks nice. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the woman and the girl I mainly interacted with (both very nice and whose names I unfortunately forgot - not familiar enough with Moroccan names). For instance, I left my luggage there all day even after I had already checked out in the morning, they told me to contact them if I needed help elsewhere in Morocco, etc. For the very reasonable price I paid this hotel was tops.
