This is our second time choosing this place to stay.
That’s how good it is. :)
The view is breathtaking, the room is clean, the location is close to everything and Anita is super nice and helpful! (responsive as well before arrival) 
We have already decided to come back next summer!

Our favorite guesthouse in Montenegro

Very cosy and clean apartment, has a kitchen included and a beautiful balcony with the amazing kotor bay on sight. Walking distance of 5 minutes from old town. Plus a safe parking space. Recommend it would visit it again!! 

Beautiful apartments by the sea. 

This apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming. The apartment didn’t have a balcony although we believed we had chosen one with a balcony. The pictures were a bit misleading! Despite no balcony, we still enjoyed our stay. We were a minutes walk away from Kotor beach and only a 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Great apartment with a great location.

Nice apartment, no balcony

We found the location of the place great - about 10 minutes walk to old town kotor, right on the seafront and near to 3-4 restaurants/cafes. It was quiet, even on the weekends. Had everything you might need in-room i.e. hairdryer, iron, small fridge & mini stove. There is even a communal kitchen with a couple o shared ingredients and/or pots/cutlery. Would have given 5 stars if the hosts were friendlier and more available. We rarely found them at reception and it wasn't easy to ask them questions or gather info about the area. Definitely has the feel of a 'guesthouse' more than it does a 'hotel. Would recommend this place for a short or long stay

Really Good location & in-room facilities

The apartment was clean and everything was OK, nothing to complain about. There was a common kitchen but we had apartment with own kitchen. I guess not all rooms have own kitchen. 
Location is excellent. Maybe 40 meters to the sea, nearest restaurants are within 2-3 minutes walk away. The Old town is also near enough. 
For a motorbike, there was quite safe place, no need to leave it on the road.

Excellent location

We stayed there with my cousin.it's a very clean place and the ovner of the place is very friendly.there is a great view.it is very close to old town.if we will go the kotor.we will stay there absolutely.

İt was great

Our room in Kotor at Guesthouse Anita was clean and overall a good value for the price. We had a nice balcony that provided scenic views of the bay and was a wonderful place to unwind with a bottle of local wine at night. While we were happy with our stay - especially for the price - there were a few things that could be improved, such as the lack of a curtain covering the window. Privacy wasn't an issue since the glass was mirrored from the outside, but the bright sun gave us a very early morning wake up call!

Good Accommodations on a Budget

It's rather an average guesthouse like many others you can meet while staying in Montenegro or Croatia. The room we had was big enough for the bed, nothing more. It was nice we could use the kitchen that was well equipped with all the basic stuff. The window view was nice but the window itself was very small. A thing that should be improved is the access to all the rooms which uses some kind of emergency stairs taking you at the backyard where you pass by the neighbours leading their everyday lives, eating and resting. Exiting or entering every time made me feel like intruder. The owner Anita is very nice and helpful, giving all the necessary information you may need. The location is very nice for Kotor - you are right at the sea shore, close to the Old Town but away from the main road. The bus station is a 15 minutes walk.
