Hotel Quetzalcalli

We were 2 families (with 5 kids) traveling together on New Year's Eve. The Hotel accommodated all of us well. We especially enjoyed the outdoor garden area where we could be together as families, using the garden tables and chairs as we needed. We'd hoped to see the light show at the pyramids on New Year's Eve, but that wasn't happening, sadly. We wandered safely at night into the town square, bought fireworks, and had our own show on the plaza. The hotel provides a very clean room, very light continental breakfast. You can buy fruit and other provisions by walking into the town a few blocks. Although the hotel is very near to the pyramids, it isn't a near walk to the actual entrances. We drove. The restaurant directly behind the hotel, nearer to the pyramid fence, was excellent for our group! Great experience in authentic Mexican style hotel. One of the kids lost the room key, and the staff was very understanding.
