What was good

The location is really ideal, approximately half way between Tulum and Cancun, close to the amusement parks (X-Caret, X-plor). The beach is absolutely breathtaking. The bed was really comfortable and the tent really nice. Great interior design. Yes, the bedroom was clean and the grounds really well maintened.

What was bad

Food was delicious but there was clearly an issue with the kitchen at the Beach : we were there on New Year's Eve and New Year day so it was busy but we waited for 90-120 minutes to have our food. I wish we had at least coffee/drinks available at the hotel / by the pool.
