Bed was very comfortable , very clean boutique hotel, close to beach but the ambience was what made this stay extra special,  great hosts .& staff would definitely return. Pool was very clean & great to relax with a coffee or at the end of a day

Wonderful hotel , laid back atmosphere, nice to talk to fellow travellers 

Great location in Bucerias! Alondra had excellent customer service and made the best smoothies in the morning. The rooms are lovely and provide kitchens for full use during your stay. We didn’t use the rooftop as much but the view is nice. The beach is a block away which made it easy to access at anytime during the day.

Wonderful location

My friend Valentina want a couple of days away, and we found this hotel through Virgin Vacations group. 
The hotel was very clean and provided every thing she needed.
Wonderful pool.
The staff were amazing,  she even got invited to grandpa's birthday party.
There is a very good coffee bar at the front. 
I can recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

Every thing was fantastic.

After spending several days at a big resort and hating it in Nuevo Vallarta... I needed a change of scenery. I found Adventura Pacifico hotel just by luck while looking on booking.com. Wow I’m sure glad I did, what a great little hotel in Bucerías.

The staff member Mario and Jeff the owner were extremely welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home. 

The location of this place is just perfect... just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also the hotel has more of an Air B&B feel to it. You have the full access to the pool area, local calls on the phone,  full kitchen (at least in my place). As well as helpfully suggestions from the staff on places to eat and things to do.

One thing that some may find odd, the rooms aren’t serviced by cleaning staff everyday ...unless you ask for that I believe, which I was told at check in ... this I enjoy ... rather than getting woken up by cleaning staff on those days when you just want to sleep in late ... because of this,  It makes the place more like a vacation rental then a hotel ... 

Overall ... this place is in great location, close to beach, restaurants and shopping, it’s also just a short taxi to Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding areas.

The staff is very welcoming and will share all the great food locations and things to do in the cool little town on Bucerías :) 

I’ll definitely be back if I’m visiting the Area again

Grounds,  Fantastic views in upper Inviting Pool and well equipped accommodations are just a few of the reasons to return to this gem in the Heart of Bucerias.  Yet, the best reasons to stay at Adventura Pacifico, 
are Joe and Mario.  Their friendly interactions with guests and their staff  , genuine efforts to ensure total satisfaction and tendency to go above and beyond as hosts were truly remarkable.  Follow their recommendations as they are spot on!  Skip Decameron, put on a comfortable pair of sandals and experience the real Bucerias from this home away from home.  



Superior customer service in the Heart of Bucerias 

My friend and I spent a fabulous 2 weeks at Aventura Pacifico.   We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and a half hour walk from the centre of Bucerias.  The property is very well maintained.   And Mario us fantastico!  Very helpful and informative.   We also had the pleasure of meeting Joe, one of the owners. He made us feel very welcome.  We will definitely be going back next year!!

Great location

Stayed here for a week , Loved the property.  Two blocks from the beach, beautiful pool, management and staff went out of the way to make sure all our needs were met.  Very well equipped kitchen, hot shower with lots of pressure, Netflix, and cable.  Great security.  Don't miss out on the girl that comes to give massages on the roof, if she is not there just ask them to call her. Super comfortable beds.

One of the best

Can I award AP, Joe and Mario ten billion stars each in every category? If I could, I would. AP is a fantastic precious gem of a place to vacation whether on your own or with a partner or a few friends. Each of the individual suites are unique and tastefully decorated to reflect an authentic Mexican experience the minute you walk in the door! Everything from the top quality of the orthopedic beds to the superior thread count in the bedding and bathroom linens to the super clean, well-outfitted kitchen – everything was just awesome and only 2 short blocks from the beach!! Add free WiFi, free Netflix and free streaming TV, and what more do you need? But as others have so rightly said, most of all, it was owner Joe and his right-hand man on the ground, Super-Mario, aka the perfect “dream team”, which made me feel as much a welcome guest and friend come to visit as I did a valued client. I could not have had a better stay in Bucerías or been cared for with such kindness and generosity, Hurricane Willa notwithstanding! 

No request or concern was too small for their thoughtful consideration and attention - no matter how busy they were, whether working on maintenance and/or ongoing guest experience improvements - or how trying the weather conditions might be (such as in my case when it was cloudy or it rained during the majority of my stay!). Joe and Mario were right there for me and even checked in during the day every day to ask me if I was happy or if I needed anything. Their recommendations with regard to where to eat to avoid the touristy places, where to shop so that local business owners were supported, and which bars were the most fun and had the best food, were spot on, too! 

What else can I say? It was the best vacation I have had since I travelled with Joe's Canadian Himalayan Expeditions adventure tour company almost 20 years ago. Because that was such an awesome, life-altering experience (he even led my group up to Everest Base Camp!) I knew his AP hotel would be run with the same outstanding professionalism, care, dedication and sensitivity to local conditions. That was an adventure of a lifetime, and this trip to Bucerías was, in so many ways for me, too, as I went there still grieving the recent loss of my mother. This trip helped me through that, and I will be forever in debt to them for that!! 

Whether you want to trek in the Himalayas or hit the beach in Mexico, I absolutely cannot recommend any holiday experience personally overseen by Joe Pilaar (and Super-Mario at AP and Super-Michael Dudeck at CHE!) highly enough. Magic!

Outstanding in every way! Best vacation ever despite Hurricane Willa!

Amazing locations, clean and functional.  Walkability index to everything that you might want and need to check out is 95%. So conveniently located, close to the restaurants, beach and stores.  The whole Team are amazing Mario, Carlos, Laura, Naty and Jesus. Definitely will come back again. Thanks a lot guys for a wonderful stay.  See you all next time, Christine & Michael
