Waterfront

This hotel was one of the best places I've visited. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay a warm and welcoming experience. On arrival, we were given a voucher to use towards spa treatment and one for the rooftop bar as well as a welcome drink. Our seaview room was incredible, a great size and lovely views of the harbour day and night. We were very impressed with the colour changing shower and the refillable water bottle having access to ice cold water was a nice addition. It also made us aware of the environment. All the meals were nice with a good selection. Especially Regatta for breakfast. The lobby bar was good with the two hour happy hour and evening meal. We would like to see more staff down in the Lobby. It was very busy during our stay, especially with the main restaurant closed tuesday to Thursday. Special thanks to Katrine (waitress), who always had a busy smile even when she was overworked in a busy environment. Lilliana (deputy manager) who also went above and beyond during our stay. The maintenance man who helped us with her broken suitcase on arrival and all the Waterfront team for a very enjoyable stay. The only downside is a little quiet in the evenings in terms of entertainment as the rooftop bar closed at 10.30/11pm. We will definitely return and have recommended your hotel to family and friends.
