A truly beautiful, comfortable and friendly hotel in a great location for all places of interest. The staff can't do enough. The breakfast location and food selection was amazing and offered everything you could want and all served with fabulous staff who quiet to know how you like you coffee for example. The restaurant food was amazing and we treated ourselves when we could. The chef there is the famous Francesco Mazzei and we saw him a few times and he actually made time to come out of the kitchen and talk to my wife, which totally made her stay, he was really lovely and interesting. The rooms were comfortable and ours was on the 3rd floor directly over the front and we had some lovely sunrises and early cups of tea on the balcony. The reception staff were excellent when we asked them to try and get an oil stain from my wife's new linen dress. The dress was hanging in the wardrobe when we came back that day all cleaned. An excellent location to visit Mosta, Mdina and Valetta. Hotel courtyard to Valetta was great and reliable. Used the Bolt taxi app, excellent and not expensive and never more than 5 minutes wait fir a pick up. Better than waiting for the bus in the heat and queues. Will be going back to Malta and staying at the Corinthia Palace, it's definitely the type of hotel and location fir us.
