The previous reviews have said it all. It's a wonderful location on an island where you'll be ones the few, if not the only, tourists. The atmosphere is relaxed, the locals are friendly and the local beach and house reef is very nice. The best part, though, is the many nearby locations such as deserted beaches, sand banks, 5 star resorts and other local islands that can be visited for very reasonable prices. The food and the rooms are simple but tasty and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop terrace is probably one of the best you'll get from any guesthouse in the Maldives. As a bonus, we didn't see a single mosquito on the island. The host, Latheef, is very professional and also just an overall nice guy. The value you get from staying at Beach Stay Maldives compared to the resorts is outrageous. We could definately see us self revisiting and would highly recommend the guesthouse!
