I've just stayed here for my 6th time. I didn't get time to email in advance about returning here, even though the Manager suggested I do email after reading my tripadvisor review for this hotel so that the staff can look after me.( I hope that makes sense). Well the check-in clerk was brilliant and acknowledged how often I've been staying here recently. He had a smoking room for me ready to go however I've quite smoking so he went out of his way to get me a non smoking level even though I'm sure I could have managed being on a smoking floor. My room 4112 was fantastic. The service from all staff seems to get better and better...quality training is obvious! I'm really looking forward to my stay here for 5 days at the end of August. Well done to all at BTSH.
