Upon arrival I received a miserable welcome from the receptionist. She asked for $50. No explanation was given as why I should pay the money as she said she could not speak English. I gave the money and asked for a receipt and then the English came; "why you want?" In the room there was no electricity. Upon asking the lady if I could have some lights/electricity the reply was "wait, im busy". The electricity was put on later. The rooms heating system was off. I thought it may be put on later in the evening however at 1030pm and with it being 4c outside I asked the night receptionist for some heating. After some confusion the heating was put on an hour later however it took approximately 12 hours to heat the room up to a tolerable temperature. On the 2nd night at 10.30pm the night receptionist rang the door bell. I woke up and answered. He asked for the hotel payment. I then spent 5 minutes explaining that i dont carry $240 of cash with me and i will pay in the morning. (No mention of when to pay was spoken when i checked in. The hotel have my credit card for guarantee). The main lounge area of the hotel is a no go area as it is used by the hotel staff. The door is kept closed and it seems very unwelcoming. Website states ski slopes are 15 minutes away. I timed it twice whilst driving observing the speed limit and it takes 30 minutes plus. Its 7.2 miles away. 1 metal coat hanger in closet. Old used soap left in shower room. Old tights on balcony. Mould all over apartment. Some oven controls burnt off. Shower curtain rail falling down which makes a shower awkward. Lock on the balcony door and lounge window didnt work. No room clean/clean towels during my 4 night stay
