Excellent Hospitality, You immediately recognize the professionalism st the reception. The Hotel Manager Mr. James Achila is a very approachable person. The food is varied, you can have Vegetarian or meat or marine dishes depending on what you prefer. Breakfast is served fresh and the staff are very friendly, very professional and well trained. I would recommend The Great Lakes Hotel to any one visiting Kisumu. Kennedy
