It’s a new hotel with modern amenities and well-appointed rooms. As Hilton members, we appreciated the upgrade to a larger room facing the river. The room has everything you need - from pyjamas to facial skincare products. The bed was very comfortable with bedside usb-c ports. The staff were very friendly and provided stellar Japanese hospitality. Housekeeping was fantastic and faultless, from replenishing supplies to the little touches of folding down the facial tissues and toilet rolls. There was a good variety of breakfast food at the Parade restaurant. The lounge had a longer 3hr evening cocktail hours from 5-8pm daily with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including juices and water. Don’t be overly upset with the food selection (still meets brand standards of 2 hot and 2 cold dishes) and head out for dinner around the hotel after. The hotel is about 30min train ride from HND airport and another 15min walk from Yokohama station. There are also daily direct airport buses from the hotel to HND airport and do check the timings with the hotel.
