We booked 3 night stays at this family run Inn but over-estimated the travel time between Nagano station and the nearest train station to the Inn. So we have no choice but request the owner to drive us back-and-forth to the station everyday under very a snowy condition and slippery road. Though amidst a high volume of occupants and works, the family member had put out great effort to accommodate our 'special' needs and return with a pleasant smile. And they even cooked us a very late meals upon our delayed arrival. So thank you!
