Stayed here for 2 nights. It is a smaller scale hotel with cosy ambience which makes it a nice place to stay. Friendly staff and smooth check-in & check-out. We deposit our luggage at the reception prior check-in time. However prepare to walk a bit from subway station but worth staying especially during winter when snow festival held at odori park which is just right in front of the hotel.Recommend it.

Stayed in a very clean, reasonably sized room while visiting Sapporo to watch matches during the Rugby World Cup. Staff were delightful and helpful. Very good value for money. Great location opposite Odori Park. We were fortunate to stay during the Sapporo winter fest taking place in Odori Park. 

For a very reasonable rate, this hotel offers an exceptional buffet breakfast, friendly front desk personnel, convenient location next to Odori Park, a modern spacious(for Japan) room with generous amenities and efficient check-in/check-out.  I appreciated the hand-sanitizer at the entrance.  It is a short walking distance to the subway and underground.  I had a little trouble using the air-conditioning, but the front desk helped me to understand.  Highly recommend and want to stay here again next time

The Best Western in Sapporo is very well located in front of Odori park so walking everywhere is easy and taking the underground is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are smallish like most Japanese hotel rooms are but very clean and had all amenities one would need and more. The breakfast was nice and offered lots of interesting foods which was nice to try. The staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. I will for sure stay here again I’m in Sapporo.

Great place to stay to see Odori park Snow Festival.  Located right across the street.  You can also enjoy a great Japanese/American breakfast at their restaurant.  Staff provided great service.  I would stay here again.  

The rooms were very clean and they even provided pajamas fit for the winter season. They have PC at the lobby you can use and do print outs, especially for your airplane tickets or any other reservations on your onward trip. They also have a tablet in each room that has a very comprehensive guide on what you can do or where to go in Sapporo. Also, the hotel was at the center of Odori Park. Perfect location for the Snow Festival.

New hotel in face of Odori Park, nice location. The bath tab is not tiny in the unit bath room. One thing which I do not accept is their breakfast ; there are many kinds of food in the breakfast,  no space put vacant dishes, it is not comfortable to take coffee with the dishes,  and  we should  say coffee and tea are not good at all. Unworthy of the price.

Hotel is located in the heart of Sapporo - Odori park. It is 20 min walk from Sapporo JR station. Hotel is new. Rooms are well-equipped. Staff is very kind and skilled. Wi-fi is free and fast.Hotel offers buffet breakfast at the lobby (we do not check quality). Unfortunately almost all rooms have no windows. Check it under the booking.

This Hotel is near to airport,u can grab a taxi here but if you wish to take a train u can walk to the train station but in a cold weather with your luggage is a bit hazzard to walk at 5am in the morning especially if you have a toddler with you..not much here you can expect but in front of the hotel you can find 7eleven..hotel was clean and comfortable
