This place is only for nice, clean and polite person. Or not allowed to stay here. All rooms are smoke free.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel!I want to use this hotel again,

I planned to stay 6 nights this time, but I couldn't get a room on Saturday, so I planned to stay 3 nights, 1 night at another hotel, and 2 nights. When I arrived and explained the situation to the front desk, they allowed me to stay 1 night on Saturday.　I am grateful that they allowed me to stay 1 night on Saturday.

Hotel is an older property that is renovated. Room I had was spotless & was maintained that way the whole stay. Front Desk is manned 24 hours to assist you though check in closes at 23:30 hrs unless pre arranged. I found all the staff so professional & friendly. Location is so convenient to train& buses.  Shopping, restaurants, cafes & bars. Will be happy to return to Hotel Shinjukuya.

Shinjukuya location is minutes walk from both JR & Odakyu train stations. Machida Bus centre also very close by, making travel very convenient. The Front desk staff are very helpful & polite.  Desk is manned 24hrs, though check in normally closes at 23:30hrs. It is on the 5th Floor, sign at the lift indicates.Rooms are maintained & cleaned extremely well. For extended stays room is cleaned every second day. The hotel is an older building, though has been renovated. Is a great option if you want a location outside of Tokyo central. It is still easily accessible from Machida to Shinjuku. Hotel is easily located via Google Maps, signage is displayed on both adjacent streets in English. Some have commented it is difficult to locate in the past online.It suited my travel requirements having completed many short trips away during my stay. Will stay here again.

This Hotel is not new, but it is well maintained and cleaned.However, the bathroom smelled a bit sweaty.Also, black mold was seen in some places.I did not notice it when using the toilet or sink, but when using the shower, it was bothersome.It was just barely tolerable.

I couldn't find 3 pins Plug in the room in Japan and I found 1 Place 3 pins plug which was refrigerator. I took a refrigerator plug and I put my PC on.

Attended a sports meet over a weekend in Machida (abt 30min from Shinjuku by train).
Stayed in a non-smoking ladies single room at this hotel ( ladies’ beauty kit provided ).
Small corner room on 4th floor but had 2 windows overlooking the lively street of Machida shopping area. 
Machida Station is a 2 minute walk ( East exit ). 
This station has the Odakyu Line to Shinjuku (30mins only) as well as other lines. 
I came from Haneda International Airport and it took me slightly over an hour by train to Machida station. 
Very easy commute. 
Pasmo card (stored value card, excess can be refunded at the airport at the end of trip) is highly recommended on Tokyo’s public transpor. 
Online booking is easy on hotel website which has English translation. 
Google map helped with getting to this hotel. Entrance not highly visible from main walking street in Machida, so use Google Maps. There’s hotel signage at the entrance and you have to go up elevator to 5th floor for check-in. 
Fast and quick process. Staff able to communicate in simple English. For more complicated issues, use Google Translate. That was a great help!
You can leave your baggage at the reception if you arrive early. 
Check in is STRICTLY after 3pm onwards. Room is very clean and daily housekeeping is very thorough (sometimes to the point of environmental wastage ie toothbrush and other toiletries, towels, bedsheets are replenished fully when reusing them is still viable). 
Location is great....major malls Lumine, OIOI, Odakyu are very close by...Daiso, Tokyu Hands and Don Don Donki likewise.
Walking street is just outside the hotel with MANY food points, bars, karaoke, titbit stores, small retailers and convenience shops along the bustling street.
Bus interchange is 5 min away ( direct Haneda airport bus is available too ).
There’s a simple breakfast served every morning...its a set meal, nothing fancy. 
Enjoyed my stay and the great value of this hotel.

I had a problem on a key of my house. I live in Machida.I couldn't enter my house for 5 days. Shamefully, I had to commute from the hotel to my home every day for five days to unlock it. As a Machida resident, I had never dreamed of staying in a Machida hotel. However, when I looked for a hotel and stayed there, I was surprised to find that it was very close to the Machida station and that I could stay there for only about 5,000 yen. Well, I thought it was OK to use the hotel for a change of pace once in a while. It was very comfortable.
