35 reviewsWe stayed for 8 nights. The room was much bigger than any of our previous motels in Hakuba. It had two single beds, a small fridge, kettle, bathroom and my favourite a balcony looking straight at the mountains. We were surprised to have room service, our towels and bins were changed every second day, we have never had this at other hotels in hakuba. The Onsen was lovely and had a hairdryer. The drying room had a heater and lockable lockers. We got heavily discounted lift passes from reception which was great. The manager ordered us a taxi and took our bags to the taxi and shook our hand on departure. We did have to pay an Onsen tax that wasn’t included on our bill in booking.com. The hotel only accepts cash. The location is a couple of hundred metres away from the lifts and very central a few mins walk to the shops and the bus stop. There’s heaps of restaurants around. We look forward to staying here next year.
