We arrived after dark so it was a little hard to find, but nothing to fear as long as you have the GPS! Rooms were clean and spacious; i really enjoyed the breakfast. recommended!

Bonus - they have a cat (and a donkey)!

The hotel was really nice. You could imagine yourself living a book style country life and the breakfast was REALLY good. The location was a far walk from the trains. Not many flowers in early June :(

Nice and clean B&B with parking available. Do note that they don't have private toilet/bathroom. However, they have two bathroom with excellent onsen! We liked the breakfast they provided as well. Near the lavender farms

convenient location. relaxing terrace.  nice view around. there's lavender spot between the hotel and station. room and public area is very clean, owner is hospitable. breakfast and dinner is well prepared.

We stayed at Pension Raclette in early June to see the flower fields nearby. 

The guesthouse is accessible by a short 3-5 minute taxi ride from the Nakafurano Station. The guesthouse is located near the top of a hill at the junction. We did not come across any convenience stores near the guesthouse, but you can find a grocery and other convenience stores nearby the station. If you were to walk from the bottom of the hill up, it would take roughly 15-20 minutes. At the bottom of the hill is the main road that connects you to multiple attractions including Farm Tomita(30 minute walk from the guesthouse). 

The guesthouse was clean with bathrooms and shower facilities located on the first floor along with the dining area. Upstairs are where the bedrooms are located. We booked a quadruple room and were surprised to find a room with a unique layout with a mid level for seating area and compact upstairs accessible by stairs. The room itself was very tall and there was room for 2 beds and 2 futons located upstairs in the loft-like staircase. The room also came with a private sink to wash up. There is a common refrigerator right outside in the hallway to store any food or drink items. Overall, the room might feel a bit tight but vertically spacious. I would presume a cat would love to climb up and down and perch  high while looking downward. 

The donkey was not present at the time of our visit and the lavender flowers had not bloomed in early June. Recommend to arrive in late June/early July for flower viewing.
