A week with the family:frontal sea view, a very spacious, cool, clean and well-maintained room, a fully equipped kitchen.

Super warmth and spectacular position

Once again planning a trip to a seaside resort (for the first time alone), I asked myself where I wanted to go most of the time. The hotel (residence) was located in a very comfortable place right next to a very quiet beach (which is always close to the beach). All the large, very comfortable and comfortable hotels are located within 3 minutes of the hotel, and all the hotels are within 3 minutes of the hotel. Residence in strategic location in Ventimiglia: it is on the seaside and is easily accessible to the center, the station and the historic part. The staff is friendly and the cleaning is excellent. The size of the single room is reduced and the bathroom is small.

Easter in Ventimiglia

We stayed three nights in the New Year's period in an apartment on the 2nd floor, the sea view is fabulous. The apartment is clean and perfect for both short and longer stays. The staff is very kind and attentive to every need. Strategic position for a visit to both the Principality of Munich and Nice.

New year's escape

I come back to this establishment every October every year for a very long time.. the concierges are very dedicated and don't know what to do to make our stay pleasant! The rare problems encountered came from outside, even recently the restaurant in front of the establishment that takes itself for a disco at times prohibited by the law! the concierge addressed the gendarmerie and the calm returned I hope for good!

It's great, I come back every year with so much pleasure....

The residence is located in a strategic location for those who want to go to the sea.. a few minutes from Ventimiglia Alta and its historic center, accessible thanks to a ladder posted immediately before the residence. The rooms on the upper floors enjoy a definitely better view, however also the rooms on the ground floor can be described as comfortable and with everything necessary to stay. The staff is very available and cordial, attentive to every need but at the same time reserved. I advise all tourists of Ventimiglia to go to this structure because it is certainly one of the best this city can offer, away from the chaos and located in an area that I would call a real oasis. I will definitely return to us!

The historic centre is reached in 8/10' walk; the railway station in 12'. The quality/price ratio is OK. Ventimiglia will certainly not be as famous as the nearby Mentone, but contains unexpected wonders: the historic centre, the archaeological museum set up in a panoramic stronghold, and wild beaches such as the Balandre delle Calandre and those of the Red Witches.

Simple but comfortable, clean and scenic

We lived in a spacious apartment on the first floor overlooking the sea. There is a small kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator. There is no electric kettle, I brought it with me. The furniture was enough, new, from IKEA. The bedding is rented for 10 euros. There is no fan. In the bathroom there were only 2 pieces of soap. When the shower broke, the owner fixed everything the same day. You have to buy all the brothers yourself. I liked it overall. Wi-Fi was great, by the way.

I liked the hotel.

We had a clean room, clean dishes, a first floor with a view of the sea, a window that goes directly to the road and to the café, so there is a lot of noise from the cars and the smell of the café (mostly the smell of the roasted fish). But if you take a room without a view of the sea, it will be very bad. You have to take rooms above the second floor and with a view of the sea. The supermarket is far away. You have to walk along the shore, through the bridge and to the municipality. The market runs until two.

Vacation in September

Our hotel was on the edge of town, probably there's a plus:-) I'll write about the minus: very close to the road, lived on the first floor, very loud car sounds:-)through the road cafe: at night the smell of fish is a little tense:-) at night with the windows open mosquitoes fly:-) wanted to have a balcony on the first floor:-) and in general everything is not so bad, near the sea, beach:-)
