Charming hotel with large colourful rooms, great view of the city in the distance. Very friendly staff. On site restaurant with food prepared by owner. Lovely garden in back to relax. On site garage. 

Only a couple of negatives: Mattresses need to be replaced.  They are old and have no box springs. Also, the Hotel only has one phone line in so if hotel guest wants to use phone, no one can call hotel- this actually caused a problem when we had to make an international call and it disrupted hotel business.

Parco Europa is family run hotel. Inside is much better than first sight of exterior walls. Rooms are decorated in unique way. Hosts are pleasant (even after small party in our room to 4am and complains by older guests).

Family business

Although beyond the river from Torino and on a hilltop it is easily accessible by bus from Turin. It’s in a peaceful area with a lovely panoramic view and with the Alps as a backdrop. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. As to the rooms pretty garish as decoration but clean. However the mattresses are a disaster- spring mattresses ! If you don’t go with a backache you get it after the 1st night! Parking was good also. For someone who does not welcome staircases you can’t do without them and there are no lifts though.

On a motorcycling tour of Europe with my son, I was looking for accomodation in Turin within easy taxi distance of the centre.

Hotel Parco was nowhere near its stated location on TomTom, but about a kilometre further up the hill!  The proprieter welcomed us (also a Biker - BMW Adventure 1200) and found a Russian staff member who spoke excellent English.  We settled in on the top floor with spectacular views of Turin from the hilltop and the adjacent castle.  A taxi was ordered for us, and the same staff member came out to tell the taxi driver where we wished to go.

Breakfast was "continental" but quite satisfying and we took our time leaving - which was no problem.  Parking was very secure, with a roller shutter door securing a large garage area.
