We stayed here for one night on our way back from a wedding in Empoli before our flight from Pisa the next day. The owners are lovely and super accommodating - they kindly let us check in early and allowed us to stay and relax by the pool after we checked out as our flight wasn’t until late evening. The pool and gardens are beautiful and you feel like you’re in the Tuscan countryside while only being a 10-15 minute drive away from the centre of busy Pisa. Would highly recommend coming with a rental car as there is no Uber and taxis are very difficult to get (and expensive). We didn’t have a car so had to walk about 20 minutes in the evening to find a spot for dinner, and the next day ordered a Deliveroo for lunch so we wouldn’t have to walk 20+ minutes in the heat to find somewhere. Rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need, such as air conditioning and even toiletries. Would recommend this place for anyone with a car who wants to be close to Pisa while getting to relax in a beautiful oasis.
