Our party of 6 very much enjoyed our stay at the Colosseum Terrace Suite in Rome. Our rooms were on the top floor (there’s an elevator) and the private terrace was everything! It was relaxing to sit outside under the stars sipping wine and talking about all the fun things we did that day. The apartment is in a great location to walk to the Colosseum (just down the hill) and other sites, as well as to restaurants and cafes. Try the cafe at the top of the hill. It has excellent pastries, espresso, and a great frozen cappuccino. The apartment was very clean and quiet. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths and a double bedroom with a bathroom just outside its door. Each bedroom has a small fridge and safe and is air-conditioned. While there is no full-size kitchen in the apartment, there is a coffee maker, toaster oven and dishes/glassware. This wasn’t an issue since we had planned to dine out every night anyway. Giuseppe was so very helpful to us in arranging airport transfers and anything else that we asked of him. All of the transportation things he set up for us were on time and reasonably priced. He was prompt in answering my questions and is just an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his staff did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. We would definitely stay there again.
