We spent there three nights, Senora Ferrari explained everything we needed, where to go, where to eat, what to see ....
And her juice ? You must taste.
Hotel is smaller, about 15 minutes walk from city centre,  closest restarurant about 5 minutes. Big pool in garden, a lot of place to park car. Wifi internet connection on our room was good. No fridge, no air conditioning.
Breakfast simple but good.

Smaller budget hotel with incredibly friendly owner

The hostess Senõra Ferrari was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet, the pool in the garden very nice. No aircondition but it was ok to sleep with an open window. No wifi, but it's possible to borrow wifi in the reception. We can really recommend a stay here!

Really friendly!

Stayed one night in this hotel and would say that everything was exactly as advertised. From city center it takes 20 minutes on foot to reach the hotel, which is ok when the weather is fine. When you take a bus from Rovereto or Verona just exit the first stop as you enter the city. 
Hotel staff is extremely helpful, kind and caring with all heart. Room was in a good condition, pretty spacious, bathroom was a bit old, but everything was perfectly working and well maintained. 
Sleep quality was good, bed was a bit squicky, but ok. 
Breakfast was nicely served according to local standard. Hotel also has a swimming pool, which I did not try due to early season. 
I would recommend the place for a quiet budget trip, probably with kids. 
There was no internet, but I hope hotel management will improve later when high season comes. 

Good budget hotel in a quiet location

Although it was just 2 star hotel, which means no TV in the room, no refrigerator, no aircondition, and no internet connection, I would have no problem to stay there again. It is located 10-15 min walking from Riva center, next to a church which wakes you up in the morning pleasantly!
Signora Ferrari is an amazing hostess! She gave us full information for things we wanted to do and also things we had to do once visiting Riva del Garda. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and had an almost excellent view of Riva.

Budget hotel with genuine hospitality

We stayed for 4 nights, the hotel is clean, well maintained and very welcoming.  Signora Ferrari is an excellent hostess who did her best to make us feel at home.  The decor is quite retro.  The pool was a welcome refresher from the heat.

It is a good value 2 star hotel and I would happily stay there again.  Signora Ferrari gives an excellent service.
