What was good

They had USB ports. I mention this because not a lot of the hotels do, and when traveling from a non-European country this is very convenient.

What was bad

Public transportation is in a walkable distance, we knew this before we went and therefore was not a negative for us. However, we want you to be aware of this. The receptionist at the time seemed very dismissive and above it all. I had to go back to reception and the manager insisted on talking with his friend instead of trying to help his guest. They could be a lot better service wise.
