There's not much you can do in acquarica, which is a small village south of Lecce. Yet as a location it can be ideal, because you are just a short drive from lecce (20 minutes from the city center) and an even shorter one from the beach (you need to have a car. if not, I would recommend to look somewhere else). Antica corte is a quality B&B: the rooms are large and spotlessly clean,free wifi is available and you can enjoy a hearty continental breakfast (the homemade cakes are delicious, there's also a - limited - choice of yoghurt and a selection of fruit juice). What I liked most is the beautiful courtyard and the large garden hidden behind the main gate: sitting under its trees is an ideal way to relax after a day at the seaside.
