We reserved room for two nights and for the first night we were given room no 111, a room which had windows only to darkness. After a long drive we were just too tired to ask another room and slept well. Next morning we asked if it would be possible to have a room with a window to the open air and the receptionist kindly gave us new room, no 109 and it was ok.
The hotel is old and quite shabby. The breakfast is italian style, only sweet things to eat and some fruits.

Great location in the center

We stayed at Hotel Loreto along Coirso Traiano Boccalini. What is going for this hotel is its location leading directly to the Piazza del Santuario del Santurio square. They have reasonably priced accommodation, English speaking staff who were helpful. The shuttle bus from the train station stops at a nearby bus terminal. The hotel has in its premises a fine dinning restaurant which serves local and international dishes. We had a fairly sized room, private bathroom and balcony view. This is supposed to be a no frills hotel but it has many plus features.

Hotel Loreto, the hotel with a view

As it advertises, it's only 40 metres from the piazza of the Sanctuary of the Holy House of Nazareth... so super-close to the main point of interest.  Price was very reasonable (simple brekky included). Room very pleasant, very clean, compact bathroom (with a wall crucifix for Catholic pilgrims); pleasant, helpful staff. Quaint lift. Many good dining options, shops, etc. Short bus ride from Loreto train station. Optional walk up the big hill, pilgrim style. Good train service from Ancona (and Rome). I would stay here again. (Sadly, no Wifi in the rooms....only 'public spaces').

Excellent value in Loreto

Discovered this hotel late at night and have been back ever since, hard working family business that deserves to do well , Paolo smile and friendly nature is a delight to see after a long journey. Hotel Clean and well run , breakfast lovely . see you again in may .Paolo ,Chris and Leah bloice.

not really near the loreto station, old interior, receptionist staff are not friendly (never smile), only one female staff who preparing breakfast is friendly, no elevator, stairs to lobby floor is painful, spacy room, no electric kettle, average
