The place is in a beautiful area. But sucks!!! Can’t get here by car have to find parking and walk your bags here. When you get here you have to pay extra for air conditioning!! And extra for towels!!!! The worse place I been in Italy. 
Btw, this is my first review. I don’t write them. But need to this time.

Worse hotel in Italy

Excellent Location as the hotel is located right smack in the middle of the square. However, that is about the only saving grace. 

There was hardly a reception to speak of... the rooms is as per the picture... extremely old and dated. The corridors looks dark and dingy, clouded with a strange smell. 

Breakfast was extremely basic -- comprising of slices of bread with a variety of spread, biscotti and one other cake. Accompanied with coffee and yogurt. 

Stay at your own risk and only if you really need to be in the middle of the square of no other options. 

Excellent Location (but that's the only good thing)

Rooms clean and  location excellent, but I have never met ruder people and I would anyone to stay away from this hotel .  I have stayed at this hotel before, years ago and people were lovely.  I would never, ,never stay at this property again.  We were overcharged, When calling for reservations I called 3 times and in the middle of the conversation the woman hung up on me.

Upon arrival Mario was extremely accomodating and went out of his way. He left as we arrived to check in everything  went downhill after that.

We were never able to communicate. No air conditioning or parking as promised.  Woman behind counter screamed  in Italian for 5 minutes.  We had no idea what she was trying to tell us.  This is a holy site and they took the peace away from this lovely holy village.  

.  There was also no one managing front desk in the evening until the morning and front door wide open.  Yet in the morning after coming 

I travel extensively and I have have never experienced this terrible service.  I would recommend Mario find a different job since he is the only pleasant person at this hotel.
Yet we came back to the hotel after breakfast and the  front door was locked

BEWARE- Good location only Nasty staff

We have stayed in this place for three nights and will never ever stay here again. The room that was given to us got a bunk bed that we don’t need and it took a lot of space for us to move around or to place our luggages. The receptionist couldn’t do anything as it was fully booked. According to the booking that we have made the room is supposed to be a standard double room with one double bed. Instead it was a room with four single beds and the one double bed that was promised were one of the two single beds that they have consolidated to make a one double bed.It was a very uncomfortable situations and we could not sleep very well as the beds were easily getting separated in the middle of our sleeps. 

For following up we’ve had our room cleaned and the housekeepers had forgotten extra towels as we are a couple. I had to call the reception from my room and unfortunately the receptionist could not speak English. He was very rude and asked me to find somebody that can speak Italian so that he can understand my needs. My boyfriend had to come down to reception to basically to ask for the extra towels because the telephone at the reception was always busy and with may attempts we could not call them back for the second time. When my boyfriend spoke to the receptionist he was not very responsive about the situation and the staffs seems to think that we were lying about the missing towels. 

Overall the hospitality of this hotel was very awful. The only thing that is good about this hotel that it is located in front of the main church. The fact that the staffs doesn’t speak English and doesn’t care about the guests was mind blowing. 

DO NOT STAY HERE! , There are many other hotels around with a better service

Bizarre place to stay and not in a good way

The hotel is in a very nice location, the rooms are simple and clean, but I have never come across as bad service as this. Breakfast is not served: do not be fooled. And don't try complaining either. They do not take to it kindly.

Lovely setting but awful service

The location was lovely and the rooms were clean. Those are the only two redeeming things that I can say about this hotel unfortunately. 

When we arrived in Loreto, we had been travelling for almost 12 hours so it was very disappointing to say the least when we weren't even greeted with a simple smile. When we asked where we could park (as the hotel is not accessible by road due to being right in the square) the man was unable to answer. 

Although clean, the rooms were very basic and the interior of the hotel in general was quite unwelcoming. 

However the worst thing by far is that despite the fact on booking.com (which is how we booked)  said that a buffet breakfast was included, when we asked about it we were bluntly told that this wasn't the case. When we raised this issue with the staff they were completely unapologetic.

I would recommend looking at some of the italian reviews on here which rated it terrible with responses from the hotel. From these responses, riddled with exclamation marks and capitals, you can see the hotel's administration completely lacks grace and professionalism.
