Clean,comfortable and great start to our Ireland vacation, breakfast was incredible, thank you for everything!!!!
     Wasn't close to any pubs so there is a short 15 min walk. Off street on site parking was great.

This was our third time staying with Graham and Margo for the Irish Fitness Championships, couldn't recommend Hazelbrook enough. Always a friendly welcome and staff couldn't do enough for you. We will continue to use Hazelbrook and wouldn't stay anywhere else :)

i came from mayo was glad to get to the b and b, was met by friendly staff, the room was lovely, clean, and quite, everything you needed in the room was there, there was a kettle if you wanted to make tea or coffee, boy i like my tea, the shower was lovely plenty hot water and shampoo etc, the bed was cosy, plenty of pillows,.. sylvester

We stayed here for 2 nights and were reasonably comfortable. Graham was very welcoming and helpful, and Anne is lovely.
This B&B is located on a busy road and our room was at the front of the house so we did notice some traffic noise but it wasn't disruptive. We found the room clean, bright well-equipped and the size good, but the ensuite was quite cramped, especially the shower...and we are not large people. We really enjoyed having the hot-water-ondemand so there was always lots of hot water. Also, we would be perfectly happy using our towels for multiple days IF there were hooks/rods to hang them to dry.
Breakfast was tasty and varied and served in a lovely, bright sunroom.
We had some difficulty locating this B&B using our GPS and eventually had to input the satellite coordinates to find it.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

I was a bit worried about this place as parking is a little cramped and it was on a busy road, but all of that worked out. Our host greeted us, and was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Personally for me and my fiance as well, the detergent or softener used on the sheets was a bit strong as I have asthma and allergies and my fiance isn't usually bothered but he got pretty irritated too. Once night fell and it was time for bed, it was perfectly quiet. We were pretty tired but we were able to walk to dinner, and the street we walked to had plenty of choices, but we wound up in a really old pub which was neat. Breakfast was good and we were offered a place to park while we explored but chose to park in a lot closer to the sites for my mom's sake. If you are perfectly abeled you could walk everywhere from this B&B. It isn't a luxury place to stay but it is perfectly fine for a sound night's sleep, a decent breakfast and walkable access to Waterford.

Friendly hosts and fairly comfortable B&B

On a busy stretch but surprisingly quiet at night

Very disappointed with our stay! The room was absolutely freezing & we reported to the house keeper/owner still nothing was done, TV remote was broken and no offer for it to be replaced! We were in the room from 8pm Saturday evening and we literally had to spend the evening in the beds and some of us had to keep hoodies and scarfs on due to the cold! Had to leave at 9.30am on the Sunday due to the cold & lack of breakfast! We have all now come down with the flu since we left and I personally contacted the owner for a refund but won’t give it! Honestly would have been better off booking into the Travelodge would have been a much nicer stay & I wouldn’t be out of work 3 weeks before Christmas due to been sick! 

Girls weekend stay 

We stayed one night at the Hazelbrook B n B. The parking, although off the street, is incredibly tight. It was a surprise that our room was up a flight of stairs which was difficult for my husband (bad knee). Graham did help with the luggage - thank you! The room was small and the bathroom smaller. We were only provided with two towels, no facecloths, no hair dryer, no a/c. The shower was tight but the hot water was was plentiful. Graham suggested some downtown places to eat dinner and gave us some ideas on where to park. Breakfast the next morning was good.

Surprise - your room is upstairs!

Its a hostel not a B&B. I have had better breakfast in a hostel. The owner told me a child broke the remote for TV previous night but I see from Reviews a customer said their remote was broken too.the owner looked for the money when we checked in and the place was FREEZING

Don't go there if you are expecting traditional Irish B&B

It's not a reliable place. I do not recommend.

We made a reservation, received confirmation by email, paying for the accommodation with breakfast included.

In addition, we made telephone contact with the Hazelbrook B&B and confirmed all the details of the reservation.

On the eve of the scheduled date for check-in, we were advised that there was no vacancy available at the location and that, therefore, our guest, the guest, would have to be moved to another location, supposedly part of the same system or network as Hazelbrook B&B. This left us very disappointed as all previous confirmations were invalidated.

We got in touch with this other place that we were told about and we learned that it was an Airbnb. The new hostess said that it was a room and a house with a shared bathroom and that there was no breakfast included. When we asked about the fact that we had made a reservation for a room with bathroom (suite) and breakfast, she was very rude and replied with a “If you don't want to stay here, cancel the reservation. I do not want problems!".

So, on the eve of hosting a friend from another country in the city, we had to deal with the cancellation with Hazelbrook B&B and look, at the last minute, for another hotel for our friend to stay.

Afterwards, we discovered several other similar reports on the internet. Therefore, as stated, we do not recommend it.

It's not a reliable place. I do not recommend.

Unreliable place - it was cancelled three out of four times. Last time, when I called them - same afternoon as my booking was for - to enquire about the exact check-in time, I was told that I made a cancellation, which was not true. I was stuck with my baby having no place to stay at 3 pm. Never again!
