We are so grateful to Ardan House and Ella for her warmth, helpfulness and very clean house. Emma went beyond any call of duty to help us out with a tour, making out of town arrangements. Thank you and breakfast is excellent!!

I stayed here for one night this month while attending a meeting at Shannon airport. 
I booked online and received an email from the owner a day before confirming and giving extra information which was very helpful. 
The welcome was excellent and Ella was a very warm  and friendly host as is her husband. 
The room was lovely - bright and fresh with lots of storage. It wasn't en suite but I had a bathroom next door which I was informed was only for me but the family next door also used it which was the only downside to the stay. 
The breakfast was lovely and the hosts were very attentive. 
I got a great recommendation for dinner the night of my stay also. 
Great location and a well run B&B. 

The room was lovely. Comfy bed, scrupulously clean, great shower. Breakfast was tasty, well cooked and just kept coming. Our hosts were welcoming and knowledgeable. Can't recommend highly enough and we'll book again the next time we're in Ennis

My husband and I stayed here one night on a cycling tour. The hosts were terrific! We arrived early, before check-in, and they offered us coffee and a number of local maps for biking that afternoon. Location was great- about a 10 minute walk to downtown Ennis. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for one night but I wish we he stayed longer.  Room was great, updated.  Bathroom was large, clean and private.  Breakfast was fantastic... Very happy we found this place, our hosts were awesome.  Great people.  

Just book it.  You won't regret it.
