In my time being at this hotel, i have experienced a lot of help from the workers and especially the owner. the service there was so welcoming and they were all so trust worthy. i went to Kazmain for 2 days and came back to the room being untouched. the room i stayed at was big enough that my 5 year old sister could run around and enjoy. the room was clean and they would come by everyday to check if we needed anything. the owner would take us to the hospital and tell us the best places to visit while in Karbala, they made my trip unforgettable.
