These guys took our booking and when they were offered a better rate, they cancelled our booking. Beware and never think of booking this place. On the last minute of our travel to Bali we were informed that the booking was cancelled. They gave an excuse that the staff who took our booking resigned so they could not honour the booking. Worst experience and certainly not recommendable to foreign tourists. Stay away from such cheats ! 

Beware 

We stayed April 2016.
When we arrived, the villa we eventually stayed in was not the villa in the pictures. They then offered us to move to the other villa, but it was not suitable, as we had children with us and they would have had to walk out onto an upstairs, outdoor balcony  to reach us in our room.
We found the staff to be quite vague and almost dishonest in the mix up about the room booking, and extremely unhelpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was very late to come on more than one occasion.
The bathrooms were not cleaned properly before we arrived. We also had a lot of issue with the TV reception, and had service men in our villa for extended periods of time attending to this.
The villa is extremely isolated - no restaurants or even a mini mart within walking distance, and 10 - 15 minute drive into Batu Bolong once transport is booked.
Wouldn't recommend, and unfortunately, it has put us off staying in this area again.

Unsatisfactory Stay

I had stayed for 3 nights at one bedroom villa.  So far I found that the villa is clean.  But the open area such as living room and balcony need to be sweep every day.  Only after 2 days, they came to do cleaning and clean my “love honeymoon flowers” in the bathtub too!  The staff is friendly and we don't have much problem speaking with them as I can speak their language very well.

I found it quite difficult to get halal food surround because the area is so remote.  Luckily we bring our own snacks and instant noodles.  For our wedding anniversary, we order a menu from their kitchen.  However, I found that they still serve us with an alcohol drink and the taste of dinner menu quite weird even though I did mention about halal food twice. So, my husband and I just eat whatever we can like salad, fruits, frying eggs, and crackers.

The location is so remote at the village and we took our lunch and dinner outside with the help of our muslim tourist guide.  We spent 2 days outside for tour so we don’t have much problem with the villa. Therefore, the swimming pool is clean, even sometimes is so cold.

Serene, remote area & difficult to get Halal food

We got a booking confirmation for the villa for 5 nights (23rd May-27th May) on 26th Feb, 2016. One week before our trip, we called up the villa to seek details of the person who was supposed to pick us up at the airport. We were told on phone that the manager was not available and hence, we should call later. After 3 days of constant international calling and 5 emails, we were able to talk to the manager. He informed us that since the person who had taken our booking had resigned, he was not able to confirm the reservation !!!
I asked him to reply that via email and he replied via email that "We are not able to confirm your booking because our villa is closed" !!!
The real reason as informed by the villa staff to us on phone that they had got a better deal and hence, cancelled our booking and snooked someone else in !!!
This is very unethical.
We had 2 kids with us and fortunately we found a much better deal at a much better location at the last moment !!

All international travellers, please avoid booking or reservation at this villa !! They will cancel at the last moment if they find a better deal !! 
Travellers, be careful and NEVER make the mistake of booking this villa !!!

Its a TRAP, dont get cheated !!

We stayed in 2 bedroom villa for one month. Agreement was that we pay 17 milj IDR plus electricity. And the price include cleaning 6 days a week.
After 3 days of no cleaning we asked from stuff what is the problem. They said that they do not want to disturb us during the day and that they have a rule that if we want to have cleaning then we have to say it in the morning. Ok, sounds good. We explained to them that at least they can take out carbage every day and there is no problem if they come and clean during the day. But if they insist then we can remind it to them every day.
After one week we understood that there is no big differense do we ask for cleaning or not...they clean as they want and it happend usually 1-2 times a week. Even if we said at the morning that please clean the villa...then afternoon when we came back from the beach...there was done nothing.
I do not want to speak about quality of cleaning. There is no any quality level. They just make your bed and take out some carbage (usually not all carbage bins) and thats it. Shower room class doors are so blur that you just can not see through them and I guess they are not cleaned for months.
Second week my daughter recognised that there is no hot water in her room. When we asked from stuff what is the problem, then after few hours came one very arrogant man and said that if we want to have hot water then we have to pay for the gas!?! I told him that this was not agreement that we have to pay for the gas also. But he said that then you do not get gas and hot water. And if they have to pay for gas then we have to pay for laundry (towels and bed sheets). Finally we did not had hot water in one room and last week also no hot water in second room. But thats Bali, warm climate and we just did not want to argue anymore with staff about that problem.
We payd for our electricity as we agreed. According to the electricity meter at the wall. You have to pay it in advanse in Indonesia. Everything was ok until the second week when there was no water at all in villa. Whats the problem? They explained to us that there is second electricity meter also and this is for water pump and now this is also finished and we have to pay for this if we want to have water. 
Later I understood that the same waterpump pumping water also to Unagi Villas office where they cook and do laundry. The arguing with stuff was pointless and we just payd for that waterpump electricity also. Because we wanted to have at least cold water in our villa.
The towels what they are providing was white...some years ago. Now they are grey and with holes in them. About cleanin some words more...I do yoga and one morning I did it in my room because it was too hot outside. And I saw what haopening under the bed...it was life there...lot of dust and carbage...probably not cleaned months or years. That show very well the cleaning quality they have.
About staff...yes they are lovely and always smile to you (as everybody in Bali) but they just do nothing and they have zero possibilities to do something if there are arrogant owner and manager...who do not care about nothing, only money.
My advise to you...do not go there...what ever they promise to you. Do not belive these nice reviews here...these are written by the owner of villas.
This good be a nice place but it needs a new owner...somebody who cares and who want to serve hes guests.

DO NOT GO THERE!

Well what can I say about these so called villas.A very disappointing experience.On checkin we did not get the villa that we had booked they gave us an upstairs and downstairs 3 bed villa and then locked one of the rooms.We booked a 2 bedroom villa on 1 level as we have a 12 yr old child as well.There excuse the one you booked is occupied,not good enough very poor service.The villas even though they were new they were quite dirty and the water smelt like sewage when you would shower.I got so sick of the villa staff trying to get me to book day tours to Ubud.I have been to Bali 4 times and have already been to Ubud.On their site it states that there is a restaurant on site which is s complete lie,it's about 20 minutes drive away.There is nowhere to eat on site and you must drive to echo beach.I found their shuttle service unreliable,with drop off included when you could get it but then you had to get a cab to get back.Reception was non existent most of the times and communication was annoying because of the language barrier.The 1st morning our breakfast was delivered and the bread was totally green and mouldy.My son almost ate it,thank god he didn't,their excuse we don't make it on site.It was dead cold and not edible with runny eggs and bread I woul not even feed to my worst enemy.They switched our room after 3days but on the 4th day my son slipped on the pools slippery tiles and cut his chin.He needed medical attention ie stitches.We couldn't get him to a go as there was no transport,the manager said I can take one of their motorbikes and put my son at the back.Who in their right mind would say this a bleeding child at the back of a motorbike going to get stitches.This was the last straw we immediately checked out on the 4th day and went to Seminyak.When we booked we were going to initially stay for 7 nights but no way could I put my family through that.I can't understand the good reviews I've seen on TripAdvisor this place ruined our holiday,poor condescending service,sub standard dirty villas.I would never recommend and to tell you the truth even if someone gave me a free stay there I would Not go.
