Very nice homestay with very affordable prices in a stunning location just a few steps from the beautiful Cherai beach. Marvellous sunsets. I stayed in the heritage home with historic and great interior. I had to ask to change the bed sheets but other than that the place was very clean and had a fridge too. Breakfast was included and very tasty, try the Masala Chai. All the bars and restaurants at Cherai Beach close at 10pm so there is not a lot to do other than relax in the evening. There are a few Yoga classes or teachers that you can book for single sessions in the morning. My Yoga teacher Mith is highly recommended :)

We were 6 people went on a trip from Bangalore, Booked 2 double bed Non Ac rooms. We got a separate cottage with 2 rooms and a big halls. It was nice well maintained - close to cherai beach in fact - Only one road -  if you cross the road you can reach the beach. 

Owner was really humble. From extra bed sheets to extra fans, from breakfast to suggestion for lunch and dinner he was a real help. They can have a big/better TV and cable connection - but when I go for a vacation I prefer to roam around that location rather than watching TV. So was ok for me.

After 4 days cochi, awwwww....I loved my bright sea view room (the smaller one ground floor) right by the beach. And this beach was literally mine, not much activity there, walkers now and then. I had no neighbors (next to my room was a bigger one and we would have shared terrace) which strengthen that feeling. The surge was pretty loud at night and I had to wear earplugs.
The breakfast is good but I decided to go to a family restaurant  (Tha...?..) near by, there is not much you can do but change locations to eat. Turn left on street (3-5 min walk) and you will see a " Hotel " sing/ or sun umbrella  on your right side, turn right there it's a little hidden. They serve Indian breakfast from 8h, very nice people. Chillout restaurant is very good but very expensive I hope the staff benefits from that. They serve western food, homemade toast and good coffee unfortunately a capsules machine (indians waste problem) I would come back, to my beach!

We stayed for a week here. Right on the beach! Good price, good people! Manager was very sweet and helpful with all our favors and information about around(internet, get a bike, laundry). We would come back.

Right on the beach!

We had a good time at Ocean's Breath. The best rooms to go for are the one's on the top floor with sea view. The beach is great even if the waves can be very loud.
The breakfast at the hotel is nice and the staff are all very helpfull and charming.
