Cozy place for a vacation. Is very hygienic, well maintained, serene and calm place. The staff are efficient and prompt. Priced reasonably, the place is easily accessible. Bikes and cars with trusted drivers are arranged for rent. The owners make sure that the guests are comfortable. Value for money. I would recommend Sabinas for a comfy stay with your friends and family.

Comfy place to relax and rejuvenate after a wholesome day.

It is not possible for us to give six stars to this property, but if it were, we would most certainly give six stars to this beautiful Goan property, as properties THIS beautiful at this price point are becoming more and more rare.  The proximity of this property within Muddavaddi to the business and banking areas in wider Saligão is just exceptional.  Both HDFC and SBI banks are walking distance from this location. Additionally, the Saligão Panchayat and its small central plaza businesses are also located within walking distance.  This means that the pharmacy, small item grocery, bakery, banking, snacks, food, auto/taxi and hot lunch are ALL within walking distance in the Saligão township without any need for ground transportation, if you happen to be without it. Igreja da Mãe de Deus in Muddavaddi is also located west of the central plaza for visitors who would like to attend mass.

If you would like to rent a vehicle, Sabina's Guest House has a limited fleet of scooter rentals that are well maintained by an on-location staff.  The popular destinations of Calangute and Baga Beach are 4 KMS west of Sabina's Guest House, so if you desire to be NEAR the heavy tourist district without being IN the heavy tourist district, this property is a beautiful location.  However, please keep in mind that this is a GUEST HOUSE and not a HOTEL, which means that residential rules apply with respect to proper conduct and customs according to GOAN LOCAL STANDARDS. Returning to the room late at night is not an issue, but trying to bring a whole party meant for a restaurant or bar cannot be brought into the premises.  10 PM is the residential standard to enjoy time indoors without all of the extras that the tourist areas provide as tourist experiences require tourist money.  Since this is a GUEST HOUSE, one should visit the property keeping in mind that it is a home that receives guests and not a typical corporate hotel.

Hot water, wardrobe (cupboard), queen sized bed, balcony, internet access and a small refrigerator are all provided for a comfortable stay.  The cleanliness is proper Goan standard with lack of cobwebs in the corners and no cockroaches or rats as you can sometimes find in other areas.  Linens are changed upon request and the surrounding neighborhood is just beautiful!  The family will even provide breakfast in the morning if you should decide that Café Bhonsle or The Caravela (Candolim) is just too far to travel for breakfast in the morning.  There is also a taxi service provided and is best accessible by planning in advance to give the drivers enough time to prepare for your departure.

We are hesitant to share our experience of this beautiful gem of hospitality in Goa because we want to keep it private and to ourselves, but in truth, this is just such a beautiful treasure of a place when we are all experiencing such deterioration of these lovely, traditional places that we should tell others to experience these things as they are becoming more rare.  Sabina's Guest House is a place in which you can have a "workcation" and have the experience of being in a home versus being in a corporate hotel or luxury property. Cozy Gem in Historic Saligão.

Sabina's guest house is an amazing place to stay, with clean and comfortable rooms at affordable prices; moreover, the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Bikes and cars are available in one place no need to search for them.

Best place

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Sabinas Guest house at Salgao. Mr Anicetto and Pragati made us feel comfortable and tried their best to see that our needs were met. 
A hot water kettle in the room, if provided, would have been great.
The guest house is 750 metres from Mae the Deus Church at Saligao and if one has a bike or car the beaches are not too far off. 

A Relaxed Stay 

We had lovely stay, beautifully decorated room with balcony facing garden view. Thanks "sabinas" for making our stay memorable.worth spending money fully satisfied. We will visit again and recommend also to our friends.thanks once again....

Our entire family,a wedding party from Mangalore, stayed for a week. We had a wonderful time. Very supportive management,rooms are good. I would highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Mr. Dsilva and fly.

this is a perfect place to stay . its just 4 km away from the calangute beach.if you seek for    a peaceful stay near beach. i wud suggest this one.rooms are well furnished.the owner of the guest house is Mr Mark who is very kind and friendly.

This place is perfect for friends, families and those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guest house is located at prime location, and calangute, baga and candolim beaches are at a 4 kms radius.
