An amazing property at palampur. Best service, best staff. Amazing hospitality. Owner and GM(Sharma ji) is also awesome. Pet friendly. Food is amazing. Genuine price. Fully safe and secured. Every team member is an amazing personality. We loved it. Me and my family including our pets really enjoyed it. 5+ stars.

Overall stay was comfortable. Food quality was very good. I prefer to stay here again. The unit is located on the Dharamshala palampur highway and easily accessible. The promoters are very reluctant to give their best services.

If you want to stay in a calm place, this is the Hotel for you. Good spacious room with excellent service. Stayed twice. 

Best view from the Backside of Dhuladhar Mountain range. 

Hotel staff are friendly including a DOG Dusty.

It was a trip with my friends.we were looking for a nice and peaceful hotel,and choose to go ahead with this place. Everything was amazing.nicely maintained rooms. Food was also yum and healthy. Overall a great experience.

Palampur had never felt so warm as in this particular trip.the staff's behaviour was very positive .the hotel proved to be a destination itself and we just let ourselves get pampered by the staff whether at breakfast or lunch.

The place is nice and clean. Ample parking available. The bathrooms are clean. The only bummer is balcony is road facing. The restaurant below fired up their grill in the evening which made the balcony inhabitable for a while due to the smoke. That being said the restaurant serves great food. The butter chicken they served was the best i have had till date. Pudina chutney served was very fresh. The hill views from the hotel are great. Will definitely suggest this place to stay.

Area is peaceful and large with scenic beauty. New rooms are really good, old rooms are bigger but need maintenance..Big lawn area is there where landscaping work has just started. Hopefully by the end of may it will be completed. Nothing extra ordinary but if you reach there you will stay for one night just because of the property manager Mr. Randheer, he is so humble. "i am there 24 hours at your service"- his sentence stops you and you stay there. other staff is just ok ok. food is passable but full marks to tawa fulkas (roti).
