We are here for a college trip.The manager Mr.Nair here in bellemount is very amazing and co.operative.Great Experience We Had overthere.Thank you Mr.Nair and Bellemount staff for the great stay we all had.

Amazing Support By Hotel Staff

Had a memorable stay... clean room courtesy service by the staffs. Room service also good and staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast they have many items.overall it was amazing stay .I would like to come again here for next visit here. Especially front desk staff are very friendly   politeness.........

Me and my friends visited this hotel and its has hygienic rooms and they provide a very good services. The manager JAISHANKER makes us feel like a home he is very hospitable. Definitely I will be visiting again in this hotel. Thank you

Good hospitality

Nice hotel and good restaurant service, i stayed there with my family. It was a nice hotel with good room. It is prime location from munnar town and very easy to catch all the facilities. The value of money hotel. 

Awesome Kerala Tour With Holiday 7 Pvt Ltd 

We have reached Munnar on 16 th and check in into this hotel, as booked via yatra.com, since day one staff of the hotel us very helpful and courteous, food given by them is amazing, we fall in love with service provided by Mr shankar , who is handling all the food related order, he goes out of the way to provide us food items that we needed, he take care about our food likes and dislikes. I believe person like him are blessings to hotel industry, keep up the good work.

Fall in Love with hotel management facilities and hospitality

We stayed at Bellmount Resorts for three nights after we were denied check in by Snow Forest Resort. Initially we were sceptical about this hotel but after three days of stay I can tell with conviction that it is a wonderful hotel with a trained and prompt staff. The hotel is located on NH. We were given room on third floor with a balcony. It had view of an old church. The rooms were spacious and airy. Although we had paid for an ac room initially for snow forest resort but here we were allotted non ac room and we never felt the requirement of an ac. The staff is cheerful and prompt. The hotel has a restaurant which though has limited menu but very reasonable and quick. We never had to ask for anything. If they felt it that we require it it was there in our room. The hotel is partially under renovation and I am very sure it will become better than before. If you don't have any issue staying near the town with some, little, noise from traffic this hotel is for you. O ly thing which they need to improve slightly is general cleanliness although we never faced any such issue but they can improve it further. Overall a wonderful hotel where we enjoyed. 

Wonderful with prompt service

Hotel room is small for three adults. 
Room service is available only till 4.30 pm which was not convenient as the tourists can't be present at that time in hotel as they have to go for sightseeing. 

The food was good. Especially jaishankar Assisted well at dinner.

Small rooms. Good food.

The service level and staff is doing commendable job here. The only thing I liked about this property and this is the most important thing when you are at foreign location.

The photos on web everywhere are misleading as the property surrounded by other properties and not the green meadows. Probably the property is going through Renovation and Cleanliness was real issue during my stay. The restaurant downstairs seriously requires a up lifting in terms of look and ambiance. The food was good. 

Getting sound sleep is little problem as the place is very noisy and they don't have airtight windows.

Overall Good

This is a budget hotel and was booked for us as part of a package. The staff were friendly but the room wasn't clean and was very, very damp. There was an issue with the plumbing which meant there was only boiling hot water - it did get fixed on the third attempt. 

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which meant the floor we stayed on everything had a fine layer of dust on and there was building work / banging over the stay. 

The breakfast that was included is a buffet and is okay. If the rooms were cleaner and the building work is finished, this hotel would be a good budget option. 

Budget hotel 

Pros : 1) good hospitality by staff
2)Close to most of tourist attraction places, so easy to cme and go.
3) clean rooms and bathroom
Con's: 1) average interiors of the room, though few basic facilities provided ie fan and tv (bed was not comfortable)
2) food was average though was at good price
3) breakfast was cold and sad nothing new or innovative.
Overall a budget place to stay nothing fancy
