We Check in early morning at 7.00 office was smelling with Rose Incense sticks , Room service was too good. Tea was too Good as if it was from my own house. 2 min walk from Station. Good Location. Excellent View.

Excellent Reception

This hotel will be mostly recommended by me if you wish to stay the nearest to the borivali station. It is located exactly opposite to borivali east station. The room service and staff was good. This is basically a guest house so extraordinary room services cannot be expected but still a decent place

A basic stay

Went to stay for a night because we were having for outside station at 5 in the morning. Price was reasonable. Close to Borivali station so choose to stay here. Service, ambience 2/5. Water problem little bit. If you don’t have any option then go for it 

Doesn’t suit much 

This place is quite near to Boriwali railway station & Bus depot on eastern side. 

As name suggests it's a guest house so do not expect any comfort here apart from low rentals. Most people stay here due to good connectivity & low tariffs plus many beer bars are located in vicinity so that becomes a deciding factor for some.

Size of rooms & bathrooms are small. Beds & linens are smelly most of the time. Mosquitoes will pay homage regularly ;-)

Traffic & train noise will be there for almost 20 hours a day.

Food choices available for room service only both Vegetarian & non-vegetarian. Prices reasonable.

Staff attitude average.

Strongly avoidable for families.

Located on the east just outside the BORIVALI railway station a budget accommodation with no great stuff. Single room would cost around 1000buks. Ok for single traveller but not recommended for family.
