Horrible and Terrible Hotel ! They dont have any housekeeping concept at all,Bed sheets full of stains.No amenities at all ,while checking in they handed me 2 pcs of cheapest quality soap and 2 mini pac shampoo.No toothbrush or paste,no sandal in the washroom,no foot pad for wiping,tea coffee…nottthiinggg .A lift that doesnt work,Dirty stairs .Very old furnishings, No towel,after calling reception they sent 1 towel for 2 guests which was also stained.They dont care about guest service as they are located in parkstreet and they get random guests all the time.In room dining Chowmein was stale and smelly,i sent it back and had to roam around kolkata city for food as they had no chef after 11.
Next day I complained and they refused to beleive me until the night waiter came to prove that i was right.Very egoistic reception/management,replied to me this not 5 star.But they are charging 2500 rupees equal to 3250 bdt for my room (after 1 hr of negotiating).
Other Fabhotels are giving all aminities and classy service with 1700 rupees(where my cousin stayed).
Worst experience ! Never go there

The only good thing about this place is the dwarf gatekeeper he made us smile in every interaction.

Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible

It is a bad and unclean hotel. Not as it is shown here. The staffs lied about services which they do not have. No WiFi. No Lift . No help in hand. They do not even let printing facilities which other hotel compliment. I stayed here with my family last week.

Bad Visit

Me and another female colleague ended up in this hell hole at 1.00 am midnight relying on a OYO booking, which is the most flaky and unprofessional of service providers in the country. The owner was under influence of some drug and offered to take us to a different hotel because this one was full. We politely declined. He got wild and pushed us out of the premises and threw the luggage. What kind of a person chases out women to wait on road at such  eerie hours!!! 
We waited outside the gate for Uber to arrive and left. The entire locality looks unsafe. Never rely on OYO! - lesson learnt at cost of losing a night’s peace of mind and sleep

Rooms are very small. Poor breakfast.Two pieces bread. One double egg omlet and tea. And one of the major problem is location. To eat you have to walk almost 1km (one way) every time.Room and over all hotel is not clean. To shop also you have to take a long walk to Newmarket.

Very bad experience

It was my family tour to Kolkata, I booked the room by OYO. Reservations were good and welcome also good. Stay quality is good. But the hilarious thing was their kitchen. I had a chance to go their kitchen to prepare food for my kid. Hundreds and thousands of cockroaches are just spreading on the kitchen even over their catering items. It was just dirty and they were making their food on that dirty and unhygienic environment. Please avoid their food. But their room quality is good to stay. Good location, very near to famous Park Street and New Market. Lot's of the good restaurants are just beside the hotel.

Good stay at Kolkata

My visit was very good. I have stayed 1 night there. Its was great to stay there. Everything was good. They have provide the complimentary breakfast with enough quantity for more than 1 person.  The taste of food also good.

The hotel had hidden cameras in the room so we can't take bath they didn't give the bath towel when asked for one they have given a dirty one the tv was not working and I didn't need that they said to send a mechanic I refused for that but they send him

Very terrible hotel

I have visited this hotel with my family to see Kolkata on my way to Portblair. We stayed here for 02 days..Hotel is located near to all shopping n tourist locations...rooms are fine with all modern amenities,  staff are polite nd go extra mile to help you . We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Heera International.
