nice place to hang out,. awasome, last year i was there, nice place eaisly reachable,but have no place to get togather, otherwise all is good, thanks mr, Surender thakur to provide us best hospitality.

We have stay in neel giri resort for one day. We have booked this hotel through online. Price was slightly higher then other but service was too good. Location of this resort was fantastic. Greenery was surrounding resort area.

Price was higher but service was average

Staff here was not good at all. No one comes for room service. Bathrooms were not clean and no one came to clean it. Interior was also not good. Pillows were also dirty and they did not change it. Overall horrible experience ever. Worst choice for weenend trip.

Worst experience ever

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. It is difficult to describe how horrible this place was! We booked two nights for about Rs 9,000 on a long weekend through Make My Trip (MMT), because nothing else was available in the area. But we fled after the first night because it was such an intolerable place making this one of the most expensive places we ever stayed at, Rs 9000 for a night. From the lobby on downwards, the hotel was dirty and untidy. We were on the third floor and we were given a room that was clearly not cleaned. For example, there were two chairs in the balcony that had thick layers of dust and what looked like bird droppings, the bedsheets were stained and dirty, as were the pillows. When we opened the cupboard, we found whole blankets crumbled and thrown in there and so we quickly closed the cupboard. The table, chairs and the two-seat sofa were all dirty - we called the front desk and asked someone to clean it. But was surprised that even the manager couldn't seem to spot that everything was dirty and they seemed surprised that we would complain about the lack of cleanliness. This was the worst part of it that they didn't even seem to recognise how dirty and unclean the place was. Thankfully, we had carried our own sheets and towels which helped us survive. The bathroom, as other reviews pointed out, had no exhaust or window and the stench was terrible. There were no towels or amenities but by this point, we didn't even want for any because we knew that would be dirty too. The only thing in the bathroom was two pieces of old soap some previous guests had used and that had not even been removed. As for the facilities, I don't think they even know what wifi is, let alone have one (although it is advertised as having free wifi). The TV in the room did not work either. The waste paper basket was yellow but black on the inside bottom as it had not cleaned but that thankfully they replaced with a steel one that was semi-decent. They did show us other rooms but they were all equally dirty. We couldn't bring ourselves to order any food considering the condition of the place and so we ate whatever snacks we had with us. We resolved to get out as early as possible the next day morning. Despite the long journey, we couldn't bring ourselves to take a shower in that bathroom and we so waited ourselves until we got home to scrub ourselves clean. It almost felt as if the stench of the place had seeped into our very pores. The sad part is that there is a reasonably good view from the balcony and this place is on a quite road but clearly neither the owners nor the managers or the workers have the faintest clue about running a hotel, nor even the basic sense of cleanliness or tidiness. We are trying hard to forget this traumatic and horrible experience.

Horrible hotel - the worst hotel we have ever stayed at!

We entered on reception and was talking to the concern person about the room. The room and hotel was very dirty and smelly, therefore we decided to stay there because non-availability in other hotels due to long weekend.We checked 2 rooms in 2nd floor & took those rooms. We gave them hotel amount for booking, filled the form and submitted our ID's. We were about checking in the room all of sudden the guy (Who was on reception) said to us that need to shift your floor (3rd floor) as we have to give these rooms to someone our relatives. The guy was very rigid and rude. When we were complaining about that to that guy then he became angry and said to us that "Go from here". I will not give you any room. He returned our amount and ID's even all the time we were requesting to him for the rooms on their conditions and were saying sorry for complaint again & again (Just because we were not having other options at that time and also we were very tired after long journey) but he was on full attitude & was doing misbehave with us & we were 3 girls with two boys. He spoiled our mood, trip and plan.  

Worst staff i have ever seen in my life.

Its better to sleep in your car instead of that hotel because they will disappoint you very badly :(

The worst experience with staff

want to give minus rating to this hotel, we stayed there for 6th to 8th june, no electricity, generator faulty, stinky rooms,towels are not washed, bugs in rooms and toilets, RUDE staff will spoil ur mood too..many times a day you can see fights with guests on reception...so if you wanna spoil ur vacation for sure..visit this place...
