It was a wonderful stay at Palampur. This is located away from main market of Palampur and has great view. Rooms specially family rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant offers nice food to add upon. The snow capped range of hills can be seen very nicely. It is a must consider staying at Palampur.

Must be considered in Palampur

The hotel offers amazing view of the hills and is located amidst a village where you can see people farming. We had booked family suite and it had two rooms which offered ample space for kids. The food is fabulous no matter what you order. The staff is courteous and is very helpful. They do provide food and sleeping space for the drivers which is a plus. You can enjoy the beautiful small garden and amazing views either from your balcony or from terrace. The only bit that requires improvement is the quality of tea which our entire family found odd at times. Thanks and we will surely come back soon.

Amazing

Overall experience was very good but due to lack of adequate staff, the cafetaria service was slow. However, the present staff (Sahil and Rishu) were very co-operative and respectful .Peaceful atmosphere, full of natural view from rooms, we all like it.

Amazing!

This hotel is complete value for money. Great location. Staff is amazing, very well behaved, very supportive. food is good and they will also cook as per your preference. they proactively changed our room and upgraded us to a different since there were rooms getting checked in around us with kids and   they thought that we will get distracted due to the noise levels.  we never asked for this upgrade. they did it themselves. quite awesome. we had breakfast on the terrace all 4 mornings and it was just mesmerizing waking up to the gorgeous Dhauladhars and having breakfast on the terrace under sunshine. I can definitely say that they go beyond what a 5 star would provide you in terms of service. Great experience and will surely visit again and recommend all fellow travellers to experience this hospitality.

Dont miss it... amazing stay... totally loved it

We went to this hotel for almost 5 days. Very beautiful view. Peaceful place. Very nice staff and the best part is that you will eat ghar like food in this hotel.Rooms are also very clean. 
This hotel is for those who need home like feeling outside and not for those who are fond of luxury.

Perfect hotel for family visit

The hotel is slightly away from city. And that gives it a beautiful picturesque view. Run by good people. U r greeted by a very nice aunty. Food is good. Home like. True value for money. Niceeeeee stay. 

Great view. Good people. Value for money hotel

It is nice property we stayed here for 2 days staff is so courteous and quick food is so fresh however we took family suite with food still they cooked food per our choice and we enjoyed here a lot market is far here but if you want to enjoy in greenery it is the best hotel rooms are neat and clean and hospitality is awesome. I would like to come again here if I come in Palampur again

Hotel is 6-7 km away from palampur city on dharamshala-palampur road. Hotel was clean. food was tasty and location was amazing. I visited it with my family and it was a wonderful stay. Dinning hall has TT table and carromand decor is good..  If you are ok to stay in a bit outskirts then it is a good choice.

awesome stay

Beautiful property surrounded by the most amazing views of snow covered peaks on one side and Palampur valley on the other. The location is easily accessible and most of the popular places around Palampur are around an hour's drive away. The property itself is great. We stayed in family rooms which can accommodate four people. The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. They had a breakfast buffet with different menu everyday which was exciting. The food was really good, just what you need on a holiday. Staff was courteous and super responsive. For anyone wanting to laze around the hotel, they also had games like carrom, table tennis.. and a garden and terrace to sit in and soak in the sun. They suggested and helped organise a barbeque and bonfire for us. It was the perfect thing to do under a starry winter sky. Overall great experience and would definitely go again whenever in Palampur.

Best in Palampur

This is an excellent place to stay for a few days with splendid views of snow-capped Dhauladhar range. We stayed in Family suites, each of which has two bed rooms which can accommodate four people comfortably, well equipped with microwave, tea makers and a small refrigerator as well. Washrooms, toilet accessories, towels, bed linens everything was clean, inviting and well maintained. We got clear sky in patches and saw glimpse of the panoramic range right in front of our eyes but mostly got heavy rains which was unlikely during this time of the year (towards end Feb) and it was cold. They were into the process of upgrading the Air Conditioning system with both cooling and heating facility in their rooms. Hence the owner was also present, who was really kind enough to offer complimentary room heaters. Once you reach this place you will find everybody around ever smiling and welcoming. Special mention to Mr. Amit (Contact: 8894148161) the restaurant manager who looked after every guest personally. I was travelling with my parents who were above 80 years, hence they had a little problem in climbing the restaurant stair. They readily arranged for a wooden step stool for the rest of our stay. Also, I left behind my Adhaar card and Mr. Amit took great care to courier it back to my address. These are little things that show their forthcoming attitude and friendliness. Location wise this is in close proximity to the main town of Palampur, Gopalpur Zoo, Kangra Tea estate and yet away from crowd and noise. Food was reasonably good, served hygienically and portions were big! There were still a lot of carpentry and civil work going on, may be for the extension and I hope they will keep up the good work.
